Donald Trump says he has done the Nation a service and he is proud of himself because President Barack Obama has released a copy of his Birth Certificate.

The reality however is Donald Trump has not done the nation a service.  Donald Trump has not done the nation a service.  Donald Trump has instead done the nation a disservice and mocked and insulted the people and the laws of the great state of Hawaii.  It is ironic that in the purported pursuit of the Office of President of the United States which were Donald Trump to successfully accomplish would require him to swear the oath of upholding and defending the Constitution of the United States.  Yet Donald Trump didn't hesitate to abrogate, violate and casually trample over oned of the most contentious provisions of the Constitution of the United States, that of State Rights.

Donald Trump was arrogant and despotically tyrannical in ignoring the one and only truth that the great state of Hawaii is the one and only arbiter and enforcer of it's laws.  This experience over Barack Obama's Birth Certificate permits an insightful and instructive view of the creature Donald Trump of which the annals of the Human Condition  and it's chronicals is littered with his ilk and their presumptions.

What this Donald Trump and Barack Obama's Birth Certificate incident also reminds us of is the synicism of Corporate Media as it pursues the bottom line of making money.

It is one thing for an idiot, Donald Trump to casualy goad the beast of American race relations and it's Cold War of American Racism but it is entirely another for corporte media, it's professional journalist and opinionist not to call out Donald Trump on every single lie that comes out of his Lab Rat eyes face.

Adam Smith his thesis, suppositions are understood because production and productivity had not evolved permissibly enough enabling a less theological grasp of value realized.

We cannot indict 18th Century suppositions and ideas with 21st century objective truth.  But what we can do is indict 21st century minds and hearts who cannot plead nothing save insidious complicity in service of petty greed, base exploitation and cowardly self-preservation as motive force in the service of a status quo that is just as stuck in the contradictions of petty greed, base exploitation and cowardly self-preservation at the expense of the progressive motive of the Human Condition.

Justice Antonin Scalia is pathetically on the wrong  side of history, the Arkansas sell out U.S. production to the shop floors of dialectical-historical materialist, Communist Party led side of history, which is what Walmart has done and is doing American Political-Economy.

U.S. Foreign Policy contrary to the apologies by Nicholas Kristof is not inconsistent.  U.S. Foreign Policy has since the inception of the nation been consistently simple: It Lets Black People Die.  We challenge Nicholas Kristof to prove otherwise.  From the slaughter of Black People in South Africa during the terror of Apartheid, through Genocide in Rwanda, to the continuing destruction of Black lives in the Congo, Uganda, Darfur, Chad, Mauritania and now Ivory Coast.  What all these crime scenes have in common is U.S. Foreign Policy was indifferent and the victims are Black People, not Caucasoid Libyan Berbers.

The situation with Black-Centric Cinema and movies is that of Political-Economy.  Specifically the peculiar nature of the relationship Black America has with the larger American Political-Economy.  Black American life, it's experience is a result of the organic foundation of American Political-Economy.  There has to be a serious and realistic diversification of  Black American economic activity and productivity which in turn will support artistic expressions of the Black American experience that are not Tyler Perry one-dimensional, Spike Lee reaction, John Singleton illustration and all the in between presumptions which despite base origin all ply the Black American Experience as tragedy, tragicomedy, idealistic-determination and romantic-sentimental therapy.

The Oscar Awards cannot be separated from the White-Centrism of the larger American Political-Economy and it's idea of cinematic and movie excellence.  White-Centric artistic ideas are exactly that, expressions of a subject of American Political-Economy and it the Black American Experience defaults in it's determination of it's cinematic and movie excellence to White-Centric ideas then any critique of the result is simply a childish, idealistic and obscure effort.

Lets start with the oil industry.  Electric Cars are a step but we need something radical.

On 3/3/11: 16 year old Wes Leonard of Fennville High School, Michigan collapsed and died on the basketball court after sinking the game winning shot.  Again outrage and expressions of tragedy rent the nations psyche upon discovery that Wes Leonard died from an enlarged heart, a congenital defect.

Too many of the nations young amateur-teenage athletes die needlessly from congenital heart defects which because of the obscenity of the misanthropic cost-benefit analysis gambit go unnoticed till the inevitable collapse in the field of play and the resulting schizophrenic like displays of outrage and expressions of tragedy.

It is easy to ignore self-serving assertions by a preacher, considering the historical delusions of religion.  But in American Politics, religion specifically the idealistic distortions and distractions practiced by Christianity presents an interesting nexus of the Human Condition.

Franklin Graham, son of Billy Graham and heir to the Graham Evangelical Enterprise of preaching the New Testament declared with the typical flourish and zeal of Intellectual-Liberalism.  That the nation lost it's moral rudder in the 1960's.  Intimating that the various expressions of political activity and speech during the 1960's was an immoral period in the nations history.

What I find curiously pathetic about Franklin Graham's declaration and it's exercise in Intellectual-Liberalism is:  If the struggles of the 1960's show that the nation lost it's moral rudder.  What then do we say about the fact that the nation had a relative morality to begin with.  The nation, the United States of America was founded and built on the Intellectual-Liberalism of relative morality.  The nation was founded and built on the genocide of Native Americans, the enslavement and genocide of Black people (Africans) the exploitation of Chinese workers the terrorism and oppression of Southern Jim Crow laws and the Intellectual-Liberalism of Thomas Jefferson philosophizing on Mans liberty at the expense of his practices as a slave owner.  So what moral rudder lost is Franklin Graham in true delusional fashion raving about?

The 1/8/11; Tucson shooter was preoccupied with the nations Political-Economy, from allegedly burning Old Glory to delusions about the Gold Standard.  The Tucson shooter targeted and shot a politician in broad day light, a Democrat politician and female.  The shooting was a political statement and no amount of revisionary distortions will conceal it.

"We The People" are once again up against our historical nemesis:  Which is revisionist narrative in the pursuit of short term goals, coming at the expense of objective facts and it's redemptive narrative.

It is commonly accepted that Black America is always optimistic despite the injustices of the Black American Experience and condition.  This is not to mean Black America is that derided simpleton of antebellum denigration but and I pose this Question:  Is it a result of the idea deficit within the Black American Experience of the production of money and  it's realization?  Because a mature grasp of the social-dialectic requires a healthy dose of cynicism which is a result of intimacy and it's proximity to the nature of the specific Political-Economy.

The Black Church critique of this fact and it's denial of the nature of The Cold War of American Racism only exposes it's immature and incorrect understanding of American Political-Economy.

The recent critical comments and writings by the author Dinesh D'Souza, that Barack Obama's world view is some sort of hodgepodgish and we paraphrase Kenyan African Anti-Colonialism critique, is classic typical Intellectual-Liberalism usually wielded by Conservatism and it's reaction.  Which is normally the haven for backwards thought and it's exceptionalism delusions.

The West Virginia U.S. Senatorial Race of 2010; is a heated contest between the popular favorite Governor Joe Manchin and a serial challenger John Raese.  The Republican-Conservatism-/Tea Partyism narrative which Dana Bash as expected highlighted is the Democratic Gov. Joe Manchin is fighting for his life.  The reality however if the serial challenger John Raese is the one struggling to exploit the political climate against Joe Manchin and this is the journalistic imperative Dana Bash should have presented but what else should we expect from a shill for big business.

Defense of Person, Family, Property and Barack Obama, The Cordoba House Mosque and Corporate Media

We all have the right to kill in defense of our person, family, and property.  But no one will advocate the wisdom of killing as a first response to threats against persons, family, property in a society is practical.  This is analagous to Barack Obama's comments on the New York, Lower Manhattan-Cordoba House Mosque.

Initially Barack Obama's comments presented the contextual environment for which the debate as it caricaturedly evolves over the Mosque should proceed.  Which Barack Obama presented as President of the United States.  Firstly, he reminded the Nation of the Constitution, as it applies to religious freedom of practice.  Then he later defined that his comments were practically not on the wisdom of the construction of the Cordoba House Mosque.  Lest the feeble minded within the body-politic misconstrue the Presidential function of defending the construction.

Critics and Corporate Media each according to their own specific interest latch on to the second qualifier and definitive.  That Barack Obama was hedging his initially comments.  It is at this juncture that Barack Obama's comments as Presidential function became Partisan Polemics.  Critics and Corporate Media for their own intent transformed and deliberately distorted Barack Obama's comment with critique that he was hedging and retracting his initial comments of the Constitutional Right To Build a Mosque instead of critics and Corporate Media pointing out that Barack Obama's comments were the most logical and practical of any comments about the Mosque to date he was attacked by Corporate Media for being commonsensically correct.
