If American Political-Economy can partner with Communist China and enable it's value-speculation on the terms and dynamics of Imperialism and it's Political-Economy.
Then American Political-Economy can deal with the naivete of Islamic-Fundamentalism, which has more in common with American Christian-Fundamentalism than the dialectical historical-Materialism of Communist China.
