Intrusive Laws, The U.S. Constitution and the Social Contract

Proponents of Intrusive Laws and Reactionary Policies often respond with the Philistine illogic of "If citizens are not engaged in criminality they shouldn't worry." This Sort of thinking should at every opportunity be crushed, because it makes a fraud of the U.S. Constitution and the Social Contract.
