BIRTH RIGHT? TURNING POINT USA's CHARLIE KIRK By William Thorpe

Of course since The Republican Party, traded places with The Democratic Party, after Democrats under Lyndon B. Johnson, in the 1960's nationalized Black American access to the ballot box, with passage of the Voting Rights Act, hence losing neo-enslavers in its ranks to the misanthropic embrace of The Republican Party as last refuge and haven for reaction and all neo-confederate reactionaries. Its Conventions have always introduced us to another new one from under that proverbial rock, which Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA during this 2024 Republican Convention is the latest rock crawler. Charlie's indentation of SOIL under that rock, which he reminded us is BIRTHRIGHT during his feeble speech is perplexing, because, let's just start with this 21st century. Since 2000 here are BIRTHRIGHT markers, which I doubt Charlie Kirk considered. We've had mass shootings and killings in CHURCHES, SYNAGOGUES, HOSPITALS,  K-12 SCHOOLS, SCHOOLS AND MORE SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, WALMART STORES AND OTHER GROCERY STORES, WARE HOUSES, BASE BALL GAMES AND OTHER ATHLETIC EVENTS,YOGA STUDIOS AND OTHER STUDIOS, NEWSPAPER COMPANIES, PEOPLE ENGAGING IN PUBLIC PROTEST BY MARCHING IN THE STREETS, MALLS, POLITICIANS HAVE BEEN GUNNED DOWN AT CONSTITUENT ACCESSIBILITY EVENTS, INCLUDING DONALD TRUMP'S EXPERIENCE, MOVIE THEATERS, POST OFFICES, now this is our BIRTHRIGHT.

The White-Evangelical Ethno Nationalist "States Right" To In Dicta Define The Woman Pre-Menopausal Life By William Thorpe

WhereAs pregnancy is the primary purpose of Womans function.

WhereAs Woman has no right to abort the pregnancy.

WhereAs such abortion limitation on the Woman fundamentally distinguishes the Womans life.

WhereAs chattel enslavement of black people, the "state right" to in dicta define the Woman pre-menopausal life as the white-evangelical ethno nationalist apogee in securing Womans pregnancy, purpose and function.

Reacquaint Yourself With the Social-Contract

Awright Women to all of you acting like six stooges on the Supreme Court of the United States haven't declared you outside of history, I know you're reeling but do you have a faint recollection of a much touted and worshipped declaration, something to the effect of "life", liberty and the pursuit of happiness"? Anyway I get it your own sisterhood betrayed you, denied your agency       So here is the inexorable and inevitable logic of Dobbs v. Jackson Womens Health Organization 142 S. ct. 2228. What you can/can't eat, can/can't wear, can/can't drink under dicta rubric that you're in your ovulating cycle.

Now let me say this, I know you've heard of CRISPR, the gene scissors. Well on the horizon is the potential to generate eggs and sperm from one individual. Secondly mechanical-womb incubators are already present and surrogacy is mundane as financial enterprise. So considering white-evangelicals and their Roman Catholic enablers are all about pregnancies, the only practical polemic is tell them to avail themselves of emerging bio-technology.

What Is States Rights, Be Wary

States rights is the dinner to which you're invited only to find a fully occupied table with beady eyes hungry on you clutching forks and made in 1877 tools of compromise of deconstruction and Von Clauswitz's "Terrible Truth" you are the meal.

Even Death Is Politicized By William Thorpe

Is a death under a Socialist political-economy with a Communist Party anymore a death than that under a Capitalist and Statist political-economy?

Human beings are dying senselessly, unjustly, unreasonably regardless of political-economy and political structure.

Is the death of the Cuban due to economic embargo by the United States anymore a death than that of a Black American born in the racist states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

How about this: Egyptians are murdered, killed so Europeans living in Israel can sunbathe and contract Melanoma which is all based on their religious claims. While religious claims of Native Americans who have been largely exterminated are ignored.

The drowned and bloated bodies of black men, women and children fill the Mediterranean in their separation to escape the slavery and colonialism continuum the European lands they are escaping to wrought on them.

The Mom and Pops Local Store and the Prison Librarian by William Thorpe

The argument that we owe some sort of allegiance to the mom and pops local store which is being destroyed by Amazon's voracity is like the prison librarian who never cared about prisoners, who even hated them, but as soon as she got wind that due to downsizing her position was on the chopping block, about to be axed.

So we see her on the local news being a proponent of the reformative impact books are in prison     A advocacy she once upon a time mocked as coddling prisoners.

Likewise the mom and pops local store that never cared about its inner-city customers as a matter of fact had disdain for the inner city and consistently voted for republican politicians who exploited the mom and pops local store owners' disdain for the inner city only to make it easy for the Amazon invader to crush the mom and pops local store      And it's to the inner city customer they cry "we have value"

On Joe Manchin By William Thorpe

Joe Manchin, the retrograde Senator from West Virginia has based his obstructionism to the National Democratic Party, Build Back Better Plan on the idea that his West Virginia constituents don't want it.

Our response is in two parts: If Joe Manchin's West Virginia constituents don't want any part of the Build Back Better idea, then exclude West Virginia from the law.

Secondly Joe Manchin might primarily be a U.S. Senator representing the coal mining state of West Virginia but he does it under the banner, aspirations, plan and program of the Democratic Party of West Virginia which is a member of the National Democratic Party. As such he benefited from the resources and values of the National Democratic Party.

80  million plus voters, voted for the National Democratic Party's platform, in 2020 which included ideas for the Build Back Better program and Joe Biden was elected President of the United States because of it.

Joe Manchin is a beneficiary of the energy of the National Democratic Party, as such he has an obligation to supporting it's national priorities and to insist as he has that his West Virginia constituents who are no more than 2 plus million should have veto over the wishes, desires and wants of 80 million plus voters is beyond insanity.

The Alabama Status Quo Way of Life Has Specific and Primary Dynamic - That of Killing Venus Colley-Mims In All Her Faces, Colors, Gender and Age By William Thorpe

Did the executives at the Alabama Mercedes plant know that in 2011; Venus Colley-Mims an Alabama native and citizen of Montgomery had found a lump in her breast and because she was one of the thousands of Alabamans and millions of Americans who are denied and deprived of medical and access to health care would two years later in 2013 die from stage 4 cancer?

Did any of the executives, business entrepreneurs, preachers, pastors, faith leaders, educators, football coaches, the media, and politicians of the Alabama status quo and its civilization know that a subject of their society, a black woman Venus Colley-Mims was in dire need of health care         that it took the stench of her rotting breast to attract the attention of an ER doctor, at of all places Momtgomery's Baptist Health Center which had been complicit in the generation of her cancer for a tragic and late referral for the diagnosis of her stage 4 cancer?

No they didn't and their ignorance isn't indictment. But the question the death of Venus Colly-Mims ask and what its formulations reveals is their culpability.

God, as preached by the countless churches lettering the Alabama landscape, contrary to their preaching didn't kill Venus Colley-Mims in all her faces, colors, gender and age anymore than has God rewarded those Alabamians privileged with access to medical and health care. What however killed Venus Colley -Mims is a type of ahumanisitic and misanthropic suppositions held by Alabama's status quo that is against and anti-expanding Medicaid and its life-saving benefit.

Venus Colley-Mims might be dead but our polemics against those barbaric, savage, and cruel purveyors of those ahumanistic and misanthropic suppositions that murdered her declares that it wasn't in vain. Just as we are expected to make of the instruction, that the blood of  Abel cries out in indictment of Cain every time we are confronted with its historicity. Such is our polemic against Alabama and it's well fed status quo. That the measure of its humaness isn't in how it kills and murders it's Abel's but we know it does it and no amount of shiny Mercedes plants will conceal the fact and barbarity of its status quo.

Democrats, Progressives Boycott Goods and Produce From Rural Republican Majority Areas

Why are Democrats coddling Republicans i.e Wisconsin? Look if urban areas are majority Democratic and rural areas are majority Republican and due to gerrymandering and dubious U.S. Supreme Court rulings, political districts are Republican biased and as such a Republican worldview with its attendant consequences is killing people. From Women's health to a reckless accessibility to guns and diabolical political-economy scheme that requires a suspension of common sense and intellect for it's existence. Then Democrats and the just minded, Progressives have to pursue the fact that only a radical relationship can exist between urban Democratic majorities and rural Republican majorities.

First of all, we have to affirm a primary reality:

  • Rural communities and areas need and depend on urban economics for survival
In light of this affirmation, urban Democratic majorities must reorient an entire set of economic relations that underscores and reminds rural Republican majorities that without urban consumption, their, milk, cheese, eggs, potatoes, e.t.c will have to seek non-Democratic mouths and stomachs to feed.

Democrats and Progressives have to boycott goods and produce from rural Republican majority areas and seek out goods and produce from rural Democratic majority areas.

Why should Progressive and Democratic minds and hearts be developed on the carbohydrate from potatoes grown by an Idaho bigot or the meat of a Texas cattle rancher xenophobes who viscerally despise the multi-culturalism, the let live morality, the Feminist-determination, the anti-racism, the political-economy practicality of organized labor and it's universal deduction of the social contract's accountability ethic of the urban consumer        why?

Look, hidden within this political-economic reality of buying and selling, exchange and trade of goods and produce is the enabling operative supporting and maintaining the Republican narrative that has systematically and systemically destroyed lives and if rural America is it's lackey, it's mechanistic subjective. Then the only relationship we can have with rural Republican majority America is antagonistic.

We stand with blinders off there cannot be any speculation of national unity when the Democrative and Progressive heart and mind does not share in a Republican idea of nation that squats squarely on White supremacy         from the presumptions of Catholicism divvying the world, through European invasions, Colonization and the primitive accumulation of slavery, Imperialism and its capital exploitation to the speculations of wage labor         So in pursuit of open political action, in light of our understanding, the urban Democratic majority must boycott economic activity with rural Republican America.

Conservatism Intellectual-Liberalism and Its Bottom Pit Critique and War

For too long American-Conservatism and it's foot soldier have criticized liberalism and the war on poverty as a bottomless pit of spent money.

The Bottomless pit of spent money critique is also used to deride and dismiss demands to fund public education.

Conservatism critique is summed up as despite the amount of money spent on the war on poverty and public education. Issues still persist and exist, so liberalisms approach has been wrong and only conservatism's intellectual-liberalism and its personal responsibility and social engineering narrative will allow redemption for the poor and non-unionized teachers [euphemestically presented as charter schools] will save public education

Our political-economy, however, reminds us that the conservative critique on both accounts is false and outright deceptive.

No one will dare argue that nevertheless the bottomless pit of taxpayer money spent on waging wars. The idea and its practice of waging war is a failure because not only is war still with us but is constant as the sun rising    so we should promptly embark on the ..... Beating swords into plows .....delusion and stop pouring taxpayer money into the bottomless pit of the nations military, intelligence agencies and the state organized violence of law and order which is also another bottomless pit of public expenditure, because nothing seems to indicate that crime is deterred or reformed.

But as soon as the question is: How is value [money] interacted with, who has access to it    we encounter the distortion of what is good for the goose isn't good for the gander or the pot can with a straight face `a la the banal and fatuous pronouncements of Arthur Brooks of the American Enterprise Institute, on work and dignity and Amy Holmes cohost of PBS In Principle. [who hasn't encountered nothing pre-fixed conservatism that doesn't cause her orgasmic swoon] call the kettle black   In furious reaction to any attempt and effort at showing that certain unresolved and unsettled accounts of our political-economy are inherent saboteurs on the question of poverty.

Conservatism and its intellectual-liberalism has long given up any pretense to "thought" and embraced its true calling: the deification cult of the reactionary Ronald Reagan. So it's contemporary practice when not doing 3-legged and sack races with every last slithering denizen from not the mere unjust side of history but the wrong side of it, almost accomplishing the impossible of stepping outside of it   the incredulity of what it has become escape it, as it negates its own dignity, a dignity, to let Authur Brooks lecture us, its lack is what ails American Poverty.

Conservatism has no issue with the antagonism of a national-economy maintained on taxpayer money going to bomb makers, missile makers, handcuffs, and shackles manufacture, police uniforms makers for the primary purpose of money distribution for the employment of a majority white worker. Or taxpayer money subsidizing all sectors and activities of the American political-economy from the industrial-practical to hair-brained enterprise but not limited to charlatan think tanks i.e American Enterprise Institutes, for the specific purpose of money circulation and redistribution. But as soon as the same identical logic of government created money underpins a response in the war on poverty and is circulated to the welfare recipient     [and should be noted has enabled, catalysed and accelerated the wealth accumulation of Walmart Inc. and it's contemporaries catering to the welfare recipient] which by the way is at a far lesser amount than what is given to the bomb-making white worker whose existence as a worker is primarily due to randomness of being born white. Conservatisms intellectual-liberalism emerges in reaction to if not insidiously misanthropic arguments, dubious ones that amount to: The American poor of whom a majority, by the way, work have not embraced enough the Auschwitz Death Camp motto of work will set you free  [which Arthur Brooks of AEI shouldn't have any problem in finding his dignity supposition in it] or the fact adults are reduced to raising families on McDondalds wage isn't basis enough to raise the minimum wage because Conservatism's intellectual-liberalism supposes fast-food wages are intended for teenagers.

Conservatism has been getting away with its snake-oil, charlatan analysis because the Progressive critique and its liberal worldview has yielded one too many times

Why CNN Anchor Don Lemon Is An Idiot, The American Economy and Value Speculation

On his 5/2/15; Show CNN Anchor don Lemon played explanatory narrative graphics on the American Economy and it's black and white disparity.  The explanatory narrative graphics was objective but a simplistic but correct illustration of the basic construct of an idea of the American Economy.

Then why CNN Anchor Don Lemon is an idiot reared it's silly head with his inane characterization that the explanatory narrative graphics and I paraphrase, isn't about politics, it isn't about right or left, this characterization presumption is exactly why CNN Anchor Don lemon is an idiot.

The narrative of the American Economy as any other economy is always political and politics.  It is about the Idealistic-Liberalism of the right and it's Republican-Conservatism and the materialist-common sense of the left and its Democrats-Progressive.

What Don Lemon for whatever reason ignores is the political difference between the right and left, Republican-Conservatism, it's Intellectual-Liberalism and the Democrats-Progressive, it's materialist-common sense is the how those elements depicted in his explanatory narrative graphics on the American Economy are understood and accounted for in the American Political-Economy.

The mistake that Don Lemon makes due to his idiocy and misunderstanding of what is politics and what is economics, with his ridiculous assertion that the narrative of American Economy isn't politically right or left ends up obfuscating the very reason, purpose and intent of his explanatory narrative graphics---because as I have shown the right and left of American politics are a result of the struggle between what is the correct narrative of the American Economy and it's idealistic deceptive distortions by a faction of society, specifically Republican-Conservatism and it's Intellectual-Liberalism that needs the idealistic deceptive distortion of  the narrative of the American Economy for existence as it pursues the economic exploitation of value speculation.

Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones Are Republican-Fifth Column Collaborators, Black American Politics and Django Unchained

To Those Black voices clamoring that Black people vote Republican because Democrats take the Black vote for granted are insidiously doing the Black community a disservice.

Look, if Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones to name a few of the Republican-Fifth Column collaborators are good intended in their political critique of Black America. The analysis would instead comprehensively identify that.

  • Political power is an activity of economic stability and expression.
  • Deterministic political expression is a local, state then lastly a national activity
What this means:  If Black people want affirmative politics and laws that reflect their specific interest, Black politics has to assert itself and dominate local politics, namely school boards, the courts, the police and sheriff departments, mayoral and county administrations.  Then Black America can be an organic force in state politics and only when this is stabilized will national or Presidential election be consequential.

But the afore-mentioned Republican-Fifth Column collaborators of Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones are not giving us this analysis.  They are instead demanding that if Black people have been stupid, voting Democrat then they should lose their mind and vote Republican.

The Black community isn't being told that without economic stability and it's expression whatever exercises in political activity are merely speculative indulgencies.  Because there isn't rhyme or reason to the political activity.  The meaning of economic stability and it's expression is : The Black community must be able to create jobs to support a viable critical mass of itself for itself.

The Political-Economy space occupied by Black America is specifically that of realizing money and wealth for the National Political-Economy.  Black America performs a retail consuming function in the National Political-Economy.  What this means is:  The Black American labor mass are employees at the mercy and biases of it's employers.  Also a sizable mass of the Black American labor mass realizes money in the underground activity of the National Political-Economy.  Therefore subject to the criminalizing dynamic of the larger society and this isn't a foundation upon which practical political expression for itself can be built on.

So when Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones to name a few of the Republican-Fifth Column collaborators clamor that Black people vote for Republican "Angel" you don't know at the expense of the Democrat "Devil" you do know-conveniently omitting that the impotence of Black American political activity is first and foremost, the question of economic stability and it's expression.

We have to ridicule and expose their effort and work as having the pathos and historical lackey-collaborator duty of Samuel L. Jackson's character in Quentin Tarantino's: Django Unchained.

The Other 1% And Deficit Spending

The U.S. Department of Defense and it's military-industry cabal directly employs approximately 1% of the U.S. population or three million persons.  But it enables the wage earning ability of 10% or 30 million members of the U.S. population   and all of this expenditure is unrealized currency or deficit spending akin to the monopoly game when you pass go collect $200 disbursement.

The One-Dimensional Characterization Of Homicide As The Benchmark for Human Wrong Doing and Unaccountable Political-Economy

Lets stop using the one-dimensional characterization of homicide as the benchmark for human wrong doing.  Even the idealistic prohibition of the Judeo-Christian Ten Commandments doesn't rank homicide as the primary Thou shalt not...

We instead excuse away, make light of ignore all the other misdeeds of human activity that are torturously prolonged, inevitably homicidal, just as the one-dimensional characterization of homicide.

In 2008; The National Political_Economy.  Life savings, retirement, homes were lost. People were being laid off to the tune of 700,000 a month.  People died, a veritable economic homicide and lives were destroyed.  This Political-Economy cataclysm was the result of certain specific calculated act by individuals who are integral members of the status quo.

During the same period statistics of the one-dimensional characterization of homicide as the benchmark for human wrong doing clogged up the justice system while those individuals responsible for 2008; collapse of National Political-Economy and it's ensuing cataclysm and economic homicide not only maintained their status quo existence but the national public and society, victims of the National Political-Economy collapse, the veritable economic homicide didn't even understand the situation as being criminal, the quintessential benchmark of human wrong doing.

The new York City Police Department, epitomizes, as all other police jurisdictions across the nation, the practice of measuring it's social-duty and purpose by the after the fact arrest of murders at the expense of ignoring those instigating factors which are direct consequences of the impunitous inequities of the National Political-Economy so for example the ruinous realities of the 2008; Political-Economy cataclysm can happen and the New York City Police Department can with a straight face claim it's policing practices has decreased homicides and this claim assumes convention because society has come to idealistically accept that the benchmark of human wrong doing is homicide while the quintessential human wrong doing which is an accountable Political-Economy is left to determine the totality of the Human Condition and it's activity.

The Charity Business Demanding "Need" For Existence As Police Demand Crime, It's Activity For Existence

Isn't it odd or even cynically weird that despite all the various government safety net programs, all the Constitutionally mandated welfare programs, the infinitude of ubiquitous charities across the nation, churches, various religious groups claiming to provide charity to those on hard times---there is still "Need"?

And most importantly the charity business is an industry demanding "Need" for it's existence just as the organized violence of police demand crime and it's activity for existence.

Whoopi Goldberg, Her Naive and Foolish Opportunity Polemic

Even as Whoopi Goldberg rants about how she worked hard for her money and anyone and everyone else has the same opportunity.  Whoopi Goldberg is naive, foolish and forgetful of the fact that she's been employed by someone else her entire life.

The contradictory fact to Whoopi Goldberg's simplistic opportunity polemic is her existence is based on, contingent on and depends on someone, an employer giving her wages.

Whoopi Goldberg doesn't create value.  She only realizes the valuation of her employer.  So for the specific meaning and utility of working hard, Whoopi Goldberg is no more no less a factory machine producing a certain set of facts.

The Idealism Of The Reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld

A status quo and it's reactionaries always explains away at the expense of the narrative of it's existence.

So we can have a Thomas Jefferson penning articles of liberty at the expense of depriving human beings he held as slaves, theirs.

The idealism of the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld always suppose that the detail and approximate specificity is at odds with the general approximation so instead of the rule, what the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld idealistically instruct is the suppositions of the exception.

The work of idealism and it's mental labor is always that of foolishly distorting empiricism.  Because what the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld conveniently and with intellectual dishonesty glibly ignore is: achieving the American "dream" or economic stability isn't affirmative critique of the national Political-Economy narrative in itself, which still has the question of genocide, slavery and presumptive discrimination to resolve.  But it is simply a statement that the functioning element has submitted to the status quo narrative bias and the idealism of the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld is it's indulgence.
