The command "roll over on your Stomach" given by the Tulsa County, Oklahoma undercover cops during a drugs and guns sting operation which resulted in the killing of the suspect Eric Harris by the 73 yr. old reserve cop Robert Bates, was in itself tactically flawed and wrong.
The suspect Eric Harris was shot and killed by the 73 yr. old reserve cop Robert Bates under the pretext that the suspect Eric Harris, by allegedly refusing to roll over from his stomach could have had a weapon thus jeopardizing the safety of cops who were already on his back and neck.
But if the command given by cops who had subdued the suspect Eric Harris by being on his back and neck was specifically intended to neutralize threats posed by possible weapons under the suspects stomach, then telling the suspect Eric Harris to roll over on his back would have enabled and actualized the threat.
The only tactically correct thing those Tulsa County, Oklahoma sting operation cops could have done was maintain the suspect Eric Harris on his stomach, then grabbing his wrist pull his arms out. Thereby absolutely neutralizing the supposed threat.
Arresting a suspect by police should not be experimental exercises subject to the practical limitations and moral suppositions of police. Arresting authority and it's exercise is dictated by the United States Constitution, which is the only arbiter of acceptable national socialization. So when the police practice cavalier as evidenced in the killing of the suspect Eric Harris by the 73 yr. old reserve cop Robert Bates, the national socialization and the social-contract becomes a tyrannical practice, an unjust and idealistic proposition defined only by the resource of organized violence.
The killing of the suspect Eric Harris by the 73 yr. old reserve cop Robert Bates is another ripple in the tyrannical practice of the national socialization and the social-contract as an unjust and idealistic proposition.

The Culture Wars, "Death to America" and Silicon Valley
The contradictions that exist between the U.S. and it's external enemies on the base-criticism of cultural decadence, deviancy and immortality, is the identical contradiction that also exist nationally in the U.S, culture wars. Specifically, in it's anti-abortion and ant-gay rights formulations.
The contradictions existing between the U.S. and it's external enemies on the base-criticism of cultural decadence, deviancy and immorality is idealistically evident when on the one hand the external enemies of the U.S. chant "Death To America".While on the other hand do all that they can to acquire and avail theirself of the innovative, technological and infrastructural consequences of the U.S. culture. The same culture the "Death To America" chanters deride as decadent, deviant and immoral.
So we find the same identical contradiction evidenced in the national culture wars, with Republican-Conservatism and it's Intellectual-Liberalism criticizing it's Liberal Democratic-Progressive opposition as culturally decadent, deviant and immoral while dupliciously utilizing and exploiting the innovation and technological infrastructure created by Liberal Democratic-Progressive culture.
The Stars and Bars doesn't fly over Silicon Valley.

The Rich and Wealthy Accused, Money and A Jury's Suppositionary Bias
Contrary to popular belief and conventional acceptance, money or wealth does not get rich and wealthy accused out of legal jams. But the suppositionary bias held by a jury about wealth and money is what enables, allows and permits the rich and wealthy accused to elude and evade convictions.
The argument will be made that this is a distinction without consequence because the basis for the jury's suppositionary bias is still the jury's assumption about money and wealth.
The counter and response is simple: The rich and wealthy accused does not say to the jury "I should be acquitted because I'm rich and wealthy". On the contrary the rich and wealthy accused downplays the ornate capricies of money and wealth and instead plays to the idealistic self-consciousness of the jury and it's suppositionary bias, because the rich and wealthy recognizes, the jury wants to be him.
It is lazy analysis to be critical of the double standard in the justice system by blaming the rich and wealthy. When we should challenge the supremacy of suppositionary biases in our Political-Economy that allows the truly criminal to escape while punishing the hapless and desperate.

Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones Are Republican-Fifth Column Collaborators, Black American Politics and Django Unchained
Look, if Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones to name a few of the Republican-Fifth Column collaborators are good intended in their political critique of Black America. The analysis would instead comprehensively identify that.
- Political power is an activity of economic stability and expression.
- Deterministic political expression is a local, state then lastly a national activity
But the afore-mentioned Republican-Fifth Column collaborators of Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones are not giving us this analysis. They are instead demanding that if Black people have been stupid, voting Democrat then they should lose their mind and vote Republican.
The Black community isn't being told that without economic stability and it's expression whatever exercises in political activity are merely speculative indulgencies. Because there isn't rhyme or reason to the political activity. The meaning of economic stability and it's expression is : The Black community must be able to create jobs to support a viable critical mass of itself for itself.
The Political-Economy space occupied by Black America is specifically that of realizing money and wealth for the National Political-Economy. Black America performs a retail consuming function in the National Political-Economy. What this means is: The Black American labor mass are employees at the mercy and biases of it's employers. Also a sizable mass of the Black American labor mass realizes money in the underground activity of the National Political-Economy. Therefore subject to the criminalizing dynamic of the larger society and this isn't a foundation upon which practical political expression for itself can be built on.
So when Stephen A. Smith, Karen Hunter, Crystal Wright and Van Jones to name a few of the Republican-Fifth Column collaborators clamor that Black people vote for Republican "Angel" you don't know at the expense of the Democrat "Devil" you do know-conveniently omitting that the impotence of Black American political activity is first and foremost, the question of economic stability and it's expression.
We have to ridicule and expose their effort and work as having the pathos and historical lackey-collaborator duty of Samuel L. Jackson's character in Quentin Tarantino's: Django Unchained.

Rush Limbaugh Philistine In Chief and Lynching Black People
Anyone who can find any agreeable hint of reason in Rush Limbaugh's recent comments on the chants of lynching Black People by the Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) Fraternity chapter at the University of Oklahoma, that, were the chants of Lynching Black people lyrics to a Kanye West song, there wouldn't be this national uproar is either (1) insidiously dismissive of Black People and their American experience and or (2) an idiot
Conservatives and their idealistic reaction or which Rush Limbaugh is their Philistine in Chief confuse a salient point of Black American Experience and it's Black subjective. The narrative isn't up for debate---the only national discussion on race is America is: What is to be done.
The 13th, 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and subsequent Civil Rights Acts are indicative that the national appetite for what is to be done on race relations is for dismantling it's antagonistic structure and destroying it's support imperatives, which has transformed the race issue as a national question to a specific-contradiction that is to be resolved within the parameters as all other social contradictions. In this regard pronouncements by Rush Limbaugh Philistine in Chief as his recent comments on lynching Black people, as all things Republican-Conservatism, is exposed as thinly veiled bigotry.

The Obama Administration, Iran and National Speculative-Power
If the Republican-Conservative argument that the Obama Administration has enabled specifically Iran and it's nuclear pursuits and if nuanced, it is surmised that the Obama Administration doesn't see a nuclear Iran as a strategic and tactical threat, but it sees Iran as a political actor operating under the self preservation organic axiom.
Then the Republican-Conservative argument is a presumption that the Obama Administration is traitorous or more correctly and practically, the reality is the Obama Administration by it's Iran political stance is revealing and exposing that the three decades plus United States antagonistic Iran posture is purely idealistic. A gambit designed to support a domestic polemic pursuing national-speculative-power.

The Texas Standard Of Knowing Right From Wrong and The Killings of Chad Littlefield and Chris Kyle
The Texas standard of knowing right from wrong during the commission of a crime as measure of mental illness and insanity. Begs this: When has an insane right deed ever been done? Where has it been claimed that an altruistic deed was done because one was mentally ill and insane---despite the fact that the insanity of idealistic suppositions defines the Human Condition of which the adage "The road to hell is paved with good intentions". Has historically cautioned. The Texas standard of knowing right from wrong during the commission of a crime as measure of mental illness and insanity, is in itself insane. Because of it's one-dimensional construct and in the 21st century it ranks with the ignorance of bloodletting as distinction of insanity of the Human Condition.
The specific presupposition that doing right despite it's relativity and conditionality as being the purview of a healthy mind belies the obvious that the general narrative of the Human Condition is it's pervasive injustice and wrong doing.
The killings of Chad Littlefield and Chris Kyle by Eddie Ray Routh has once again highlighted the insanity of idealistic suppositions and knowing right from wrong.

On The Apocalypse and The Religious Pathological Prediliction
Contrary to theologic suppositions the apocalypse or a apocalypse isn't about the transformation of earth to heaven where all cosmologic and metaphysical mysteries are unveiled and found to be a simple pining to be human and exist the Human Condition.
But the apocalypse is as all things religious, a pining and longing for a response to the injusticies of the Human Condition. A need to see injusticies by Man to fellow Man receive it's just comeuppance, which to quote the Third Reich-A final solution. A once and for all annihilation and destruction of the totemic enablers of discriminatory and prejudicial suppositions, hypocricies and idealistic presumptions that crystalize into the injusticies of the Human Conditon. The apocalypse is also religious sanctimony and it's pathological prediliction for criticism.
The objective-formulation of the apocalypse however is a Political-Economy expression, another construct that reminds us that we would rather bash each others brains in initially then realize we need brains to redeem the justness of our existence.

The One-Dimensional Characterization Of Homicide As The Benchmark for Human Wrong Doing and Unaccountable Political-Economy
Lets stop using the one-dimensional characterization of homicide as the benchmark for human wrong doing. Even the idealistic prohibition of the Judeo-Christian Ten Commandments doesn't rank homicide as the primary Thou shalt not...
We instead excuse away, make light of ignore all the other misdeeds of human activity that are torturously prolonged, inevitably homicidal, just as the one-dimensional characterization of homicide.

People died, a veritable economic homicide and lives were destroyed. This Political-Economy cataclysm was the result of certain specific calculated act by individuals who are integral members of the status quo.
During the same period statistics of the one-dimensional characterization of homicide as the benchmark for human wrong doing clogged up the justice system while those individuals responsible for 2008; collapse of National Political-Economy and it's ensuing cataclysm and economic homicide not only maintained their status quo existence but the national public and society, victims of the National Political-Economy collapse, the veritable economic homicide didn't even understand the situation as being criminal, the quintessential benchmark of human wrong doing.
The new York City Police Department, epitomizes, as all other police jurisdictions across the nation, the practice of measuring it's social-duty and purpose by the after the fact arrest of murders at the expense of ignoring those instigating factors which are direct consequences of the impunitous inequities of the National Political-Economy so for example the ruinous realities of the 2008; Political-Economy cataclysm can happen and the New York City Police Department can with a straight face claim it's policing practices has decreased homicides and this claim assumes convention because society has come to idealistically accept that the benchmark of human wrong doing is homicide while the quintessential human wrong doing which is an accountable Political-Economy is left to determine the totality of the Human Condition and it's activity.

Coach Bill Belichick The Ogre In A Hoodie is Wrong and Quality Of Product Distinction
New England Patriots Head Football Coach Bill Belichick the ogre in a hoodie is wrong. The most important thing on a football team isn't the payers, it's primarily the scheme or football tactics. Secondarily are team chemistry and execution.Bill Belichick the orge in a hoodie is wrong by declaring that players are the most important, Because it's an organic given that to play football there has to be players and if it's at the National Football League level, then those players are the apex atop the football world.
At the National Football League level quality of product distinction meaning success and it's logic is primarily superior scheme and football tactics. The secondary aspect of chemistry and execution are evolutionary consequences of that same product distinction of success and it's logic.

ESPN Analyst Tim Hasselbeck, Peyton Manning and Icarus Who Dared To Fly
ESPN analyst i.e Tim Hasselbeck have long since apotheosized and made the one win and two loss Super Bowl quarterback Peyton Manning a Demi-God. As idealistic as all of that, what is comically interesting and buffoon-like is the subsequent analysis and commentary when Peyton Manning loses as he did on 12/22/14; with his 4 turnover performance against the Cincinnati Bengals. Tim Hasselbeck concluded that the Cincinnati Bengals defense confused Peyton Manning.
So the takeaway is PeytonManning is great and a Demi-God when defenses are mediocre and cooperate by being patsies. But as soon as defenses put on gladiatorial and Impi like comprehensive performances the apotheosized Demi-God Peyton Manning comes crashing down to earth as the impetuous Icarus who dared to fly.

Whoopi Goldberg doesn't create value. She only realizes the valuation of her employer. So for the specific meaning and utility of working hard, Whoopi Goldberg is no more no less a factory machine producing a certain set of facts.

The American Status Quo, It's Policing Organized Violence, Black Masculinity, Cooperation and Control
The Idea that the American status quo and it's policing organized violence is fearful and threatened by Black masculinity isn't wholly accurate and can be disproven by the level of injustice the American status quo and it's policing organized violence metes out to Black masculinity. Because if the American status quo and it's policing organized violence was fearful and threatened by Black masculinity, it would be cautious and circumspective in it's blatant and overt practice of injustice, because the prospect of retaliation and retibution would loom large in it's Conservative imperative, but as the murderous practices of it's policing organized violence shows us, it's oblivious.
What however is accurate and correct is Black masculinity, in the calculus of the American status quo is to be controlled and as much as the American status quo and it's policing organized violence denigrates and dehumanizes Black masculinity it requires cooperation from Black masculinity to effect the control. Meaning the American status quo and it's policing organized violence recognizes the humanity of Black masculinity as a comprehending medium even as it propagandizes the dehumanization of Black masculinity, a recognition that exposes the petty base nature of the controlling dynamic.

Black On Black Crime, 9/11 And Chasing Al Qaeda All Over The Planet
When White Conservatives and their Black stooges respond to the Black community's polemic against White police officers killing Black people---with Black people don't protest Black on Black crime. The Black community must respond with: On 9/11/01; Al Qaeda attacked the United States and killed over 3,000 + persons, a number today which is but a drop, a blip in the yearly national rate of killing in this interesting nation of ours.
A tremendous amount of treasure and American lives have been spent exacting justice from the ideology that wrought 9/11. No one has made the argument: Why are we chasing Al Qaeda all over the planet at the expense of dealing with our yearly outrageous national body count and no one will make such an idealistic argument because even though we kill each other at rates Al Qaeda can only dream of achieving, it is our National Contradiction to resolve.

Jeff Roorda, The St. Louis Rams, Free Speech and The Killing of Michael Brown
The disdain and contempt Jeff Roorda and the St. Louis Police Officers Association hold and have for the St. Louis and Ferguson Black Community is downright psychotically apoplectic that it's seemingly blinded them into making unlawful and unconstitutional demands on a private business enterprise, the St. Louis Rams football team and the NFL.
On 11/30/14; five St. Louis Rams players expressed their lawful and constitutional protected First Amendment Free Speech Right by being in solidarity with the hands up don't shoot movement protesting the killing of the unarmed teenager Michael Brown by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. In response Jeff Roorda and the St. Louis Police Officers Association demanded that the St. Louis Rams and the NFL Punish the five players who were clearly exercising a lawful and constitutionally protected act.
Now should we deduce from this response by Jeff Roorda and the St. Louis Officers Association that the associations blatant disregard for what is clearly a constitutionally protected act by the five St.Louis Rams players is indicative of the lawlessness of police officers daily interactions with the St Louis and Ferguson Black Community and the killing of Michael Brown is its consequential fact.

On Benjamin Watson, The New Orleans Saints Tight End and His Idealistic Posting On Sin, Law and Ferguson, Missouri
Benjamin Watson in his recent idealistic, delusionary facebook posting on recent speech and political action by protesters and rioters in Ferguson, Missouri after the no indictment of the White police officer Darren Wilson, whose only historical relevance is he killed the unarmed teenager Michael Brown, thereby securing his place among the fetid ranks of all those who see Black skin and see "Demon", presents the schizophrenic ravings that because he believes in theosophic sin and if we all lived according to biblical gospel Man's oppression of fellow Man would pollyannaishly cease and evaporate only reveals and exposes the stunted development of his mind and it's reactionary inclination.
Benjamin Watson's gibberish that law shouldn't be broken and authority respected is the sort of abysmally pathetic silliness expected of a lobotomized brain and an emasculated psyche
Would the United States even exist hadn't Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, George Washington and Co. violently broken the laws, ignored and disrespected the authority of the British Colonial Master and it's King George sovereign.
Isn't the very biblical gospel which Benjamin Watson rote like references replete with the narrative of laws broken and authority ignored and disrespected? What does Benjamin Watson think Jesus Christ was doing in the temple? Jesus beat the money changers in the temple, then he vandalized and destroyed their property, which were unlawful and felonious acts by Jesus Christ. Didn't Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks and the entire Civil Rights Movement earn it's historical place because it broke Jim Crow laws and disrespected authority?
If we are to claim sin and it's theosophy as Benjamin Watson would have us do. That in itself requires we appreciate laws with consequential disdain, if sin and it's theosophical logic is to be exhausted.
Benjamin Watson is blissfully ignorant of the social-contract dynamic and it's tyranny of the individual against the many and the tyranny of the many against the individual. The realization never occurs to Benjamin Watson that the speech and it's political-action of the Ferguson protesters and rioters is doing exactly what it is intended to do---which is state that law and authority can never be imposed nor dictated, nevertheless of the intractability of it's imposition and regardless of the ferocity and ruthlessness of it's organized violence.

Democratic Tax Payers Propping Up and Supporting Republican Anti-Tax Gimmicks
Why is the Democratic Government of New York City and it's tax payers propping up and supporting Republican led governments and their anti-tax gimmicks with services those Republican held environments would enjoy if they taxed for the services?
The Special Victims Unit of the New York City police department recently offered assistance to Republican municipalities. Who because of their ant-tax gimmicks have chosen not to protect their citizens.

The Intellectual-Liberalism of Republican Conservatism, Quarantine and The Ebola Disease, The Middle-Class and Chaka Zulu
Considering that the Intellectual-Liberalism of Republican Conservatism nationally has recently stumbled across quarantine as social policy response to the scientific fact of the Ebola disease and as typical of the reactionary futility of the Intellectual-Liberalism of Republican conservatism, the quarantine practice is being applied arbitrarily. Because health care workers in the United States who treat Ebola patients are not subject to quarantine but those returning from West Africa are.
If quarantine is to be used in the United States. The only fact that warrants it is Conservatism. The Intellectual-Liberalism of Conservatism is a scourge, a pestilence that has killed more than all of the great pandemics of the Black Plague and Influenza combined. Conservatism has laid siege and laid waste to the middle-class in a manner feudal and liege wars never realized and not even the inexorable Mfecane of the warrior King Chaka Zulu anticipated.
So if the logic of quarantine is isolating a scourge, a disease then let the pogromization of conservatives begin.

Ebola Travel Ban Is Heaven Sent To Africans, The Collaborator Ellen Sirleaf and Imperialism
| Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf (Photo credit: Wikipedia) |
Because Africans can now seize and exploit the travel ban into severance of ties with the United States and it's imperialism. Because if there has been a bane on the African existence, it's the unsolicited, unwanted contact and association with the United States and Western Imperialism that has categorically undermined and perverted African self-determination.
Nothing good has come of Africa's association with Western Imperialism. However there has been unmitigated harm and unimaginably maleficent destruction upon Africa and the Africans. So if western Imperialism and it's United States medium wants to indulge it's base idealism and again malign Africa with a travel ban. Then Africa should seize the opportunity, sever absolute ties with Western Imperialism, close it's borders a la' The Peoples Republic of China, rid itself of those African collaborators in it's midst, Liberia's Ellen Sirleaf to name one---cleanse itself of the fetid stench of its interrupted history by the Slave Trade and Western Colonialism and define its Political-Economy valuation on Africa's terms and not the Imperialist construct schemed by Venetian Cabal and it's international monetary fund.

Nazi Era Jewry, The Final Solution and The Palestinian People
You have survivors and descendants of Nazi Era Jewry laying claim to property Nazis took and appropriated seventy plus years ago and successfully defending those claims.
Yet the irony of those same Jews contemporaneously seizing and appropriating Palestinian land and murdering Palestinians despite semantics, who dare protest, dare resist, dare disagree---only instructs us that the Palestinian people are not are unlike Colonial Era Native Americans or Australian Tasmanians who accepted historical irrelevance and genocidal extermination---and the irony reinforces the only anticipation: Which is, as idealistic as the Nazis were the Jewish question. Conservatism, Political-Economy and Base Selfishness
Conservatism hates to accept blame. Conservatives exist in a hypocricy of perpetual denial, where the other, the Progressive is always blamed. If an individual is neurotically and pathologically greedy Conservatism and Conservatives will obfuscate and idealistically reframe and blame "original sin" in biblical sense.
Conservatives are stuck, because of their reactionary imperatives in the hypocricy of contextualizing the Human Condition and Political-Economy in base selfishness.

The Taliban, War As Pornography, Haliburton and Corporate Media
If the Taliban didn't have a legitimate base, a viable organic base that wasn't terrorized into existence but actually supports the Taliban and is the Taliban. If not in deed, in principle. The United States will not have to recruit and grow an opposition to the Taliban.
If the non-Taliban population of Afghanistan are just as vigorous in opposing the Taliban as the Taliban is aggressive. The question would then simply be how much War materiel do we give the non-Taliban forces in an Afghan Civil War and it will not be this War as Pornography of U.S. Army field divisions realizing the adolescent wet dreams of the John McCains and their Kelly Ayotte concubine demented delusions.
We triumphed in World War II over Nazism and Fascism, because the ideal and it's efficacy was clear. But as soon as War is reduced to coups of patrimony we become as Pigs in Orwellian satire, witnesses to a dishonor of U.S. Army field divisions deployed, arrayed in rank and files against rag tag turbans---The mountains of Afghanistan are not germanic black woods of conquering Ceasars, nor are U.S. Regimental Colors, Centurion Eagles swaying in Punic struggles.
If our speech post 9-11 with the Taliban is consequentially a Reaganomic Stimulus for Haliburton and Co. Before the TeaParty stooge woke up to "stimulus" being all that is antagonistic with our Political-Economy as if Reaganomics never happened, then the Corporate Media collaborator should spell such out.

The Idealism Of The Reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld
A status quo and it's reactionaries always explains away at the expense of the narrative of it's existence.
So we can have a Thomas Jefferson penning articles of liberty at the expense of depriving human beings he held as slaves, theirs.
The idealism of the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld always suppose that the detail and approximate specificity is at odds with the general approximation so instead of the rule, what the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld idealistically instruct is the suppositions of the exception.
The work of idealism and it's mental labor is always that of foolishly distorting empiricism. Because what the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld conveniently and with intellectual dishonesty glibly ignore is: achieving the American "dream" or economic stability isn't affirmative critique of the national Political-Economy narrative in itself, which still has the question of genocide, slavery and presumptive discrimination to resolve. But it is simply a statement that the functioning element has submitted to the status quo narrative bias and the idealism of the reactionaries Amy Chua and Jed Reubenfeld is it's indulgence.

Seattle Seahawks Richard Sherman And The Humility, Boasting And Hubris Critique
2014 Superbowl XLVIII bound Seattle Seahawks all pro corner, Stanford Grad Richard Sherman is the most recent casualty.
Post Game 1/19/14; triumph over the hated rival San Francisco 49ers and the correctly described mediocre receiver Michael Crabtree. Richard Sherman correctly reiterated his professional superiority as being the best defender of the fade route---to which crass haters of all stripes, bigots, their perpetual fears and ignorance and the so-claimed genteel amongst us ranted cacophonous babel with the humility, boasting and hubris critique---that Richard Sherman wasn't humble, he was boastful and full of hubris.
This humility, boasting and hubris critique demands this: So it's socially wrong and unacceptable to verbally boast but it's socially mandatory we boast with durable commodity acquisitions i.e. Homes, Cars, brand name things. But we are social losers if our Women are without a Hermes scarf.
In a world where 85 persons own equaled wealth to 3.5 billion persons, umbrage at and assault on Richard Sherman, a football player boasting because of a job well done reveals psychosis of our human condition and the audacity of it's hypocrisy.

Then the question becomes why is "what" being done.
