To all the Moms out there and to be---Yes on paper, in an archive some where, the dusty shelf of a clueless bureaucrat, Mothers Day is a Sunday in May, but for all you do, WE KNOW EVERYDAY IS YOUR DAY.

West Virginia and Mother's Day: Musings
Really of all the backwards and reactionary positions in West Virginia's history, it is refreshing in a way to learn that West Virginia was the first state to recognize Mothers Day officially.
