The last one was, the VOTE NO ? Right. But then isn't every tick-tock of our political moments a one after the other Trojan Horse, because anytime the operative is deception, meaning when the People are so held in disdain that we must be lied to, politics then becomes that ever increasing coat of glossy veneer, the thicker the appliqué the louder and raucous the gulping noises of the swallowing of that proverbial hook and sinker, ain't it? Lest someone mistakes me for a smart alecky cynic, I'm not. I BEGIN: No one made a big deal of Samuel Alito's, comments on Americans exercising Americanness protesting governmental acts, during his confirmation hearings to become an associate justice of The Supreme Court of The United States. Again Samuel Alito, gave us a Trojan Horse moment, with his sneering condemnations of Americas' Youth protesting governmental activities. The confirmation process to assume the privilege of becoming a cog in the governmental machinery of The United States or any other jurisdictional governmental position, is opportunity for the American People through their elected representatives, to interrogate the why's and responsibleness of speech. In other words, the question isn't does one have the "constitutional" right to the speech, but does the speech comport with and advance the Declarations of The National Constituted Speech. So Alito would have had to defend why he was at odds with protest speech, which by the way is our National animating embodiment, from that incipient hurled defiance: "When in the course of human events,...",but he wasn't held to account and he subsequently marched onto the Court to perform his Trojan Horse functions. Yet in the face of these current antagonisms and convulsions, there is still that impotence and its hapless illiteracy to come in from that proverbial cold of "enabling", which is what is being done, when every retort that is intended to groom the stupefied populace into the acceptance of their orgiastic violent capabilities, is treated as legitimate and responsible. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CRITIQUE OF THE SOCIAL CONTRACT II By William Thorpe

In part one to this work I basically gave a narrative composite of the value realization along with terms and relations within a Social Contract, specifically our contemporary American one, as being perverted, betrayed and distorted by the political critique and analysis of a middle and center. In sum I disabused the purported analysis of having any redemptive utility, save for treachery, which I then fleshed out how our contemporary American political moment is a defacto consequence and result of that political critique work and its analysis of a purported middle and center. In this part II, the critique I present, is simply this: why isn't critique of this political moment, presented on it's terms, without dabbling into that strawmanesque theater of firstly legitimizing its incorrectness by responding to it as if it has and can claim any intellectual, aspirational and practical legitimacy, when we know that it doesn't. Our and The American Democracy as Constituted isn't a petty reduction to just the exercise of an unchallenged and unquestioned Executive "BULLY-PULPITISM", in any form and incarnation. In other words, we cannot on the one hand claim that nobility and aristocracy are discredited Social Contract terms and relations, then affirm their conservative dynamics and existence with the resulting and inevitable antagonisms by ceding our agency of critique on our terms as we purse the affirmative realization of the inexorability of progress as organic inevitability. Which is what brings me to this, contrary to the intellectual-liberalism of reaction and its idealistic impositions, violence, respect and its fear dicta have nothing to do with the aspiration and work of perfecting the unity of the people. Yes The People as organic entity can be terrorized and cowered into that state of zombie compliance along with its attendant suppositions, but what it subsequently produces (and chronicles of our existence are replete with it and the resulting labor of rebuilding the human person, irrespective of altruistic reasons) is of course that negation of the fruits of our Sapience and claimed theological, cosmological narrative in the form of creating that one-dimensional social creature, correct political critique and analysis intends and anticipates liberating. So this corresponds to this political moment in this form and fashion. The United States as Constituted is a Nation according to Constitutional Dicta right? And we experienced this logic during the reaction to Nicole Jones's 1619 Project, where the opposition and rejectionist formulations, hinged on the sophistry that the United States didn't become a Nation till 1776 and 1789 as such The 1619 Project's thesis of the political-economy of Enslavement Of Africans as dynamic of all that is Americana must be false. This work isn't responding to that sophistry save to say that what's good for the goose is most definitely excellent to the gander, because, if this contemporary American political moment is one that is fractious, extolling the supremacy of the partisan and faction, then we are not a Nation and despite the exercised police powers and organized violence of the executive, appropriating agency under the exegesis of The National Executive in pursuit of a factionalized and fractionalized politics that is in explicit enmity with the citizenry cannot then claim National character as basis for its activities, because it is at war with the Nation as Constituted and its this level and form of critique this moment demands.

MAN WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CRITIQUE OF THE SOCIAL CONTRACT? By William Thorpe

Let me begin by disabusing us of the strawmanesque charade of a political middle or center, which critique of the Social Contract typically and fraudulently purports. So let's use the simple everyday existence of interactions and its terms of value exchange, which is the only honest and practical denominator of speaking to and describing human behavior and terms and relations of a Social Contract, which to economize brain storage space, we categorize and characterize it, "political-economy". So with that said when you the reader are hungry, is there a middle ground? or when you're in a store where stuff are sold and bought, is there a middle ground on whether you have the means to acquire anything, isn't it the either or of whether you can or not? I'm positing these rudimentary and profane examples to compel clarity on what we mean by "middle", because notwithstanding acknowledging the mechanics of any decision making process," middle" as political critique is an insidious and destructive tactic, which to put and state bluntly is traitorous to that progressive motive-force of our Human Condition and its Social Contract medium and mechanism. So now let's confront what the strawmanesque charade of a middle or center as political analysis and critique has wrought. Before we as people and humans have and assume assignation, as value realization and its maturation in the terms and relations of a Social Contract and its political-economy, we are what, just The People. Then value realization and its maturation begins its inexorable compulsion and dictatorial emergence, as process of our education and functional literacy of the terms and relations of the Social Contract, we are birthed in, or in otherwords we begin to study learn, understand and attain the cognition of what we'll need in doing the business of being human, according to the gleaned, held dearly means and methods of the Society as, THE CULTURE and TRADITIONS, which by the way, again notwithstanding the approximate utility and purpose of agency or that deflective, distractive and delusional pull yourself up by your bootstrap, "meritocracy" critique, we had nothing to do with. So as we develop with and in the cognitive Cultural and Traditions, necessities for the business of being human, we begin to realize that we are now apart from the people, despite the fact that analytically we still and always are, that dynamic of THE PEOPLE, but and because of what we have come to understand and how we have come to it of the culture and traditions of the Society, its Social Contract and political-economy that we are birthed in, we begin to have a no middle ground or center with it, because we have our particular interest and along with such interest development, according to its relative attitude and effect on its realization we then critique the entire construct of the Social Contract, that, even as our Parents, members of the Society birthed us, it in turn births our realization and need of our no middle ground, interest based critique. Okay so all of this brings us to this contemporary moment in our American Social Contract, where we are specifically, not in general terms, but specifically confronted with the consequences of all of those past moments of the political middle critique and center analysis, which are now unveiled and exposed as nothing more than space that permitted, enabled and gave cover to REACTION in its most historic form to exist and maintain its intellectual-liberalism and psychosis. Because we compromised the Progressive critique and analysis for that farcical wink and nod of a delusional CENTER.

CRITIQUING THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY HAS RARELY BEEN FROM THE RECOGNITION THAT CONTRARY TO THE ELITIST CHARACTERIZATION FROM ITS ENEMIES, IT ISNT By William Thorpe

The American Democratic Party once upon a time, as recently as The 1950's represented the interests of the Nations political-economy, meaning it pursued and maintained the necessary marginalizing relations and terms of exploitation that has determined and supported the Nation, till those, (contrary to conventional speculations,) non-ideological dictates of money and its realization became honest enough or should I say mature enough or progressive enough to grasp that its historical marginalizing formulations had instead become impediments, as such required reform and its with this reformative transition did The Democratic Party as currently constituted emerge. Before I continue, let me state this, The American Republican Party, despite its current assertiveness is of an inert and torpid value, as such is conservative and reactionary. In other words it has illogically become that impediment, money and its realization is maturing from. Nonetheless to talk about The Democratic Party and Democrats is also a recognition of the idealistic desperation of The Republican Party and its cling to the archaic immaturity of the Nations formulating political-economy, on whose speculative terms Democrats and The Democratic Party are currently critiqued. The Democratic Party, because of the existence of The Republican Party, isn't critiqued in search of illuminating details that will advance and break that historical cycle of National decline and destruction which all history of our human condition instructs as per course, instead criticism of The Democratic Party is a catalyst, ensuring that this American experiment version of our human condition with its stupendous toll on human life, in all its psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical devastation will simply be that, abject destruction without account, a selfish and stupid enterprise of cataclysmic and apocalyptic indefensible acts. Considering that selfishness is always a value for itself, we understand it in the context that its the default nature and value of our human condition, which as soon as there is social recognition, there is, irrespective of consciousness resistance and it is this resistance The Democratic Party represents. 

 As all things organic, which the Nation and its Social Contract is, its constituent parts and composing details impel, restrain, implode then reappear in their former states or emerge as novel or a new synthesis with an entirely new character, which is what this contemporary Democratic Party is, since shedding its former status quo utility upon claim by its subjective objects and as such its subsequent redirection a death knell to its former function. Nonetheless, there have been two sorts of critiques and attacks lobbed at Democrats and Their Party by its enemies and the natural occurring organizational critique from within its ranks, both lines of critique however are again, expected and anticipated, because they are reflective, regardless of quality, of that inexorable and inevitable struggle between reaction and progress. So firstly we have had the "elitist" attack from enemies of The Democratic Party, which basically is a repurposing of that childish and nothing seems to work so I'll accuse them of being snobs futility. But what this work deals with is the combination of the "elitist" critique and its impact in shaping that natural occurring organizational rank and file introspection. There isn't any debate or dispute that historically the Democratic Party represented, asserted, pursued, supported and defended that quintessential exploitation of fellow human on which the Nations political-economy was structured, a political-economy that in its maturation became mired in suppositions that fundamentally were at odds with and impeded the development of money. Consequently as the development of money imposed its implacable dicta on political-economy, the Republican Party, who had initially been the medium and mechanism for the conveyance of the dicta and the maturation and development of money, in turn and for speculative reasons surrendered their purpose and became that which it initially opposed and struggled against, which The Democratic Party naturally replaced.

The casual and antiseptic descriptive of my former 'The Democratic Party naturally replaced' belies and cloaks the horrific events and metamorphic process of the descriptive 'The Democratic Party naturally replaced'. A lot of people were murdered, a horrendous amount of folks died, lives were ruined, existence was overturned and dramatically altered---the process itself embodied, what I earlier stated as The Democratic Party became the 'resistance', because in its assumptive function of realizing the maturation terms of money, it naturally and consequently opposed the perversions and distortions of The Nation's founding mythology. To explain, regardless of a civilization, the human condition is "social", meaning it is the objectification of expressions and relationships as value and its exchange. The Nation in its creation applied the most oppressive and regressive form of that '.....objectification of expressions and relationships as value and its exchange', notwithstanding its founding precepts and mythology. The point being, despite the negation in practice of those founding precepts, what couldn't be ignored was the essential sophisticated development of  'value and its exchange', commonly known and understood as money, which regardless of the delusions underpinning that 'negation in practice of those founding precepts', that implacable urgings of money demanded and required social honesty, in other words National progress was contingent on the emergence of opposition to those underpinning delusions, which The Democratic Party became. The emergence of The Democratic Party as that accountability medium didn't in itself indicate or imply that reason and enlightenment had suddenly slayed reaction and its delusions, but what it established was that mathematical fact and its proof of the inexorability of progress. As such its enemies in otherwords those embodying the delusions of the Nations archaic and incipient political-economy, incapable of recognizing that the progressive budding and burgeoning direction, were the organic demands of money, that same value they claimed its defense. 

If the highest function of the Human Being or The People of a Social Contract is that 'objectification of expressions and relationships as value and its exchange', then its most realizing means notwithstanding asserted precepts and foundational mythologies, is that colloquial, Progress, its determination and pursuit. In other words, once upon a time, Money stood on the Gold and Silver Standard as definition of our collective grasp, cognition and acceptance of that 'objectification of expressions and relationships as value and its exchange', till we recognized it was analogous and accordingly idealistic in its capture and definition. Still a significant amount of people, despite enjoying the rewards of money's progressive evolution from its analog definitions haplessly maintain the analog narrative, thus rendering them susceptible, a virtual gullibility to the opportunistic and naive criticisms and philistine arguments opposing the evolved definition of what is money, despite the tremendous benefits and this is aptly exemplary of The Democratic Party.As The Democratic Party assumed opposition to the Nations archaic political-economy and its reaction, it became the embodiment of the Human objects, subjects of the oppression of that initial political-economy, subsequently anticipations and expectations of systemic change naturally developed and grew, meaning those newly liberated subjects of the Nations archaic political-economy had intense anticipations of actual and real life existence changes and were demanding it from Democrats and The Democratic Party, while ignoring the fact, (which is what then transformed into that critique from within The Party's ranks) that they were The Democrats, they were The Democratic Party they demanded action of, as such it was themselves they demanded action from and this inability and unwillingness to hold themselves accountable to this recognition, reveals and exposes the fact that despite the "elitist" critique lobbed against The Party by its reactionary enemies who are incapable of contending with the evolution of money and its liberating progression, this static 'inability and unwillingness to hold themselves accountable' to this incontrovertible fact is what ironically enables the "elitist" critique,with the irony being that 'The Democratic Party is made up of the 'newly liberated subjects of the Nations archaic political-economy' who sure as hell are not elite,and this is the basis of this work.Which is, the psychology that permitted their subjugation during'the Nations archaic political-economy' continued and continues through this post 1950's transformed Democratic Party. What I'm stating is, the current mainstream leadership of the Democratic Party is incapable of asserting itself in that Jacksonian manner and fashion that supported, pushed and defended its then constituencies politics and emphasis on the issue of their day, which was, "Preemption and Squatters" rights to access Land,and its passage of the "Log Cabin Bill" of 1841. The constituents and composition of Andrew Jackson's Democratic Party of the 19th century, which pursued the log cabin bill granting land to the "deplorables" of that time were "white" and were subsequently critiqued as, "Those untethered from the land, who formed the ever expanding population of landless squatters heading into the trans-Appalachian West, unleashed mixed feelings. To many minds, the migrant poor represented the United States' re-creation of Britain's most despised and impoverished class vagrants. During the Revolution, under the Articles of Confederation (the first founding document before the Constitution was adopted), Congress drew a sharp line between those entitled to the privileges of citizenship and the "paupers, vagabonds and fugitives from justice" who stood outside the national community".[excerpted from White Trash by Nancy Isenberg, quoting John R. So when 19th century non-privileged and under privileged outside of mainstream "white" people wanted land they were labeled "vagabonds "and consequently this modern or contemporary composition of the Democratic Party of Working Class and Black Women, Men, Hispanic Women, Men, Native Americans, to specify its major groups, [and the reason I distinguish, Black, Hispanic and Native Americans from the real and organic class group Working Class is because they possess and have distinct interest apart from the generalities of the Working Class due to the type of political-economic forces and its tactics that formed and defined them], then the culturally oppressed and members of the Naturalized citizenry and first generation scions of émigrés are cognitive dissonantly criticized as "elitist" and not real Americans as means to dismiss and mock their inevitable demands of a rearrangement of those dishonest and dismissive terms of The Social Contract. So The Democratic Party despite being a major American political Party, representing an electoral majority of the American Population and citizenry, as that Lion in the Wizard of Oz that forgets its a Lion, responds to criticism from its Republican Party enemies and internal critique from its rank and file with that disassembling phenomena, "imposter syndrome" because of my earlier posit that these new constituents, of The Democratic Party, former subjects of the Nations archaic political-economy are still flummoxed and subordinate to the psychology that enabled the subjugation and as such collectively respond to the criticism of their "belonging" with the neurosis of acting and behaving as if the ensuing political conditions are not existentially abject. Despite the fact a sizable amount of Democrats are not necessarily of the subjugated group of the Nations archaic political-economy, still they are also muted and neutered in their assertiveness, as if there is a constant second guessing of whether their analysis and campaigns for that necessary National progress, if the Nation won't be as all those other defunct civilizations, will be embraced by non-Democratic voters. So The Party despite being on the correct and practical side of progress is relatively tepid in its presentation. I started this work with the unequivocal and unambiguous statement that the Democratic Party, contrary to its neo-feudalist insidious critics is anything but "elitist". Then I continued to show how subjugative psychology ails its rank and file from the recognition and its accountability of they are the Democratic Party and their criticism is that craven fools errand and its paternalistic finger pointing a la, Charlemagne Tha God of the Nationally syndicated Radio show, The Breakfast Club at Democratic leadership or its other extreme evidenced by Ezra Klein and Derek Thompson in their recent book ABUNDANCE, both purporting critique of National Politics as if it exist independent of reaction.

AMERICAN PROGRESSIVISM AND PATERNALISM By William Thorpe

I begin with contrasting THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT OF THE BLACK AMERICAN EXPERIENCE with THE UNCOMMITTED MOVEMENT ATTACKING PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN along with THE CLIMATE and PROGRESSIVISM OF THE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE MOVEMENTS. The context of The Uncommitted, Climate and Universal Health Care movements are PATERNALISTIC. What I mean by the paternalistic anticipations of these three current, non-civil rights movements is this: Instead of The Uncommitted, Climate and Universal Health Care movements actually creating and structuring an organized front, independent of Political Parties, polemicizing and advancing their objectives on their own particular terms, they are relying on tactics of pressuring, in this case THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY who they presume is amenable to their cause and objective. So in the case of THE UNCOMMITTED MOVEMENT and the relative blackmail of President Joe BIDEN, to now include Vice-President Kamala Harris. What we see is a singular focus on President Joe Biden as a paternalistic figure, responsible for a specific politics that is at odds with the objectives of and is offensive to the anticipations of THE UNCOMMITTED MOVEMENT and its defense of The Palestinian People being exterminated by U.S supplied armaments and materiel to the execution of Zionist objectives of the Israeli Government of Benjamin Netanyahu. Now here is a pivotal omission by THE UNCOMMITTED MOVEMENT in its critique, demanding a cease of U.S support of Benjamin Netanyahu's Zionist objectives. Joe Biden isnt the author and progenitor of American-Israel policy.Yes he supports,endorses and defends it comprehensively to the fullest and currently embodies it as an American President. But thats not the point,the issue is America's support for Israel is general, its woven into the fabric of the National narrative as such to elevate the Palestinian part of the dialectic with its undeniable humanness requires a movement comparable to The Civil Rights Movement of The Black American Experience. In other words the sort of parachute in practice of THE UNCOMMITTED Folks, is not only lazy political action but malpractice or the sort of idealistic intellectualism frowned on and castigated by all practical movements.THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT OF THE BLACK AMERICAN EXPERIENCE is a corollary, a proper continuum of America's history and existence. It is an accurate observation and characterization of history being the, account of production and its means.Whether its various formulations and struggles generally polemicized its self-cognition as fact of the nature of production and its means is besides the point, which then makes it applicable to a robust organizing pursuit by THE UNCOMMITTED MOVEMENT were it to glean, then respect, appreciate and learn from the hard won truths of THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT. Criticisms by "progressives" against The Democratic Party establishment on issues of THE CLIMATE and UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, Despite being more mature, developed and practical still have a hint of the indulgence ailing THE UNCOMMITTED, meaning both movements share a pursuit on a reliance on the speculated paternalistic provisions and accommodations of the expected amenability of THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. Let me say this as emphasis, there is a Supreme court ruling, part of the Nations jurisprudential canon, titled DRED SCOTT and it is reviled, yet almost every single court ruling foisted on the Nation by FEDERALIST SOCIETY Judges, is not only pining for its resurrection but actively working for its malevolence. There are a couple of more groups I need to mention as I make the point of what is our "real" government. The AMERICAN LEGISLATIVE EXCHANGE COUNCIL is the group responsible for all the laws that impede our dignity and progress. Then to close the loop you have the AMERICAN ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE with its pursuit of Liege political-economy. Our ancestors have instructed that "History" is the tale of production and its means. In otherwards history of the human condition is of all tales the most uncomplicated. So, when its unwinding becomes a dilemma and intractable we don't accuse the history, but we examine who is spooling it. You don't have Irish Women workers kick starting a boycott apartheid South Africa, you don't have the work of Randall Robinson rallying anti-apartheid grads on the Univ. of Virginia. Nonetheless there is a contradiction in the presented critique of her rebellion against her upbringing and development, which despite its negative basis has matured into an exploited qualitative valuation, as she has monetized as all things of our human condition is to be expected and its to that contradiction, which isn't specific to Sistah Safiya to which she can lay no claim, but is experientially general, to Blackness and its to that I speak, under the exegesis, as formulated by our revolutionary French Brethren, 'that even the Sun had to justify it's existence at the court of Dialectics' and to put it bluntly as social beings no critique is unique and exceptional which synthesis and resolution as purpose of the expression reveals and exposes a continuum that can either fork antagonistically or contradictorily and we find both in Sistah Safiya's work. Sistah Safiya was born into a Jamaican Rastafarian household and she rebelled. Then she gave us its account in, HOW TO SAY BABYLON,A MEMOIR. My reaction to her work is, her expressed and articulated reasons, which she concisely gave us in her FRESH AIR interview begs this: Those contradictions that necessitated her rebellion against her Dad, exist here in these United States as full blown antagonisms, in society and the political-economy as human redemption and realization bane. So my ask of Sistah Safiya Sinclair is, simply this, will she direct her perception, ability and will at critiquing these American antagonisms just as she critiqued her Dads contradictions on Fresh Air? As I've stated, this isn't ad hominem, but we have to mature into the acceptance that, for example, the legitimate passion of "The Color Purple", critique, which Sistah Safiya's work is subject, is a utilitarian declaration that the ills of Patriarchy, the antagonisms of authoritarianism and totalitarianism, isn't just relegated and limited to a scape-goated, corrupted Black masculinity, but is firstly human and secondly an aggravated dehumanizing consequence of those barbaric conditions that gives rise to Sistah Safiya's Dads' Rastafarianism as existential resistance. Solzhenitsyn gave us his "Gulag Archipelago", as if injustice and suppression were only endemic to the Soviet Union, then as he lived and existed in good ole Vermont he got reacquainted to disillusionment and the reminder that the narrative he gave us in " Gulag..."knew no borders and was also American. Or what about the pitiful Ayn Rand and her hypocrisy even as she pathetically tried to replicate the authoritarianism she, critiqued in her relations with her dumbstruck acoloytes. As such the question is what the hell is going on in the environment determining Black Life, that the obvious has and must be stated, that Black Lives Matters? Which as declarative, is a mechanism intended to, remove its necessity and within this intention we encounter myriad forms, a one after the other variations of it, equal to all the pretzel twist the racist contort their psyche in its denial. The profane nature of racism is so abjectly self-negating that in its incorrigibility it seeks refuge in the delusional sophistry of euphemisms. Beginning with "supremacy", which then morphs into the racist, playing out a Monty Python skit or a la Don Quixote reduced to attacking, the anti-racism conceptual mechanisms as windmills. Man oh man, I said to myself, this will be good ha-ha-ha because he was teeing of, setting it up to criticize the Rev. and of course in extension, the civil rights narrative, which is like cat nip to "white evangelicals", they despise the fact that Black People dare criticize and indict White America over the Black American experience as Brother FREDERICK DOUGLAS resolutely gave us in his, 'WHAT TO THE SLAVE IS THE 4TH OF JULY"... ha-ha-ha, so yes I knew it'd be another one of those indefensible apologies. Well it didn't take much for the voice to, first of all I assume in his, stuck in his antebellumnesque reaction proclaim his Bonafide's as basis to tell us, because I gotta suppose that he has peered into" heaven "and again I suppose with the exact sort of eyes of those 4 creatures of Revelation's throne room and its sea of crystals "seen "that Brother Rev. Because what exactly are we being asked to determine? That a 81yr.old Man doesn't have vigorous speech? The current President,Joe Biden is 81yrs.old, the one challenging him is currently America's notorious criminal, a sexual assault adjudged and 34 felony count convicted former president Donald "orangejumpsuit, #olelabrateyes" Trump and he is 78 yrs.old. Both Men are relative octogenarians and we've already had The North Koreans name call and characterize, Donald Trump, a"dotard", during the Nation's, Bozo indulgence, Trump's disastrous presidency. On June, 27/2024,CNN sold ad.time (in other words, made money) under guise of showcasing a "presidential" debate between the octogenarians vying to be called "President". Now let me make this point, according to the nations jurisprudence"every person" is responsible for their conduct, and as plainly stated under the Nations legal structure, corporations are persons, then CNN as person and host of the purported 2024 presidential debate is responsible for conduct, which by all measures was indefensible in its permissiveness of allowing a notorious criminal, Donald Trump to mock that colloquial "faith glue", holding and maintaining the integrity of the Social Contract. 

 The 81yr.old Joe Biden, during the 6/27/24 CNN hosted debate, behaved exactly as a normal, healthy, octogenarian, who struggles with a stutter and stammer would. In the early moments of the debate, his voice was leathery and muffled. Hell who knows, it all could've been a stunt to ensnare and goad, his opponent, the notorious convicted felon Donald Trump into going on a rampage of lies and craven insults, for an entire Nation, to distinctly and clearly experience and hear of the sorts of language typically reserved for his cultist rallies and true to form,Trump performed and provided enough content for Joe Biden's campaign to mass produce and exploit as type and sorts of speech that passes for political campaigns. So that was the debate. What I find interesting, which is what prompted this work is the response and reaction, post debate and man has it been biblical!! Because the chicken little, sky is falling  nature of the response has occurred as if, recruiting certain prairie dogs to provide cover for the insidious work of "It sounds a dreadful thing to say, but these are things that don't necessarily need to be true as long as they're believed" (Alexander Nix unquote) i.e the former U.S Senator from Missouri Claire McCaskill and the birthright for a bowl of potato soup media patsy, Van Jones who can't think themselves out of the proverbial, "wet paper bag" are legitimate critics. These are not ad hominem snides, but come on man who the hell is paying Claire McCaskill and Van Jones to pick "Barabbas"?didn't we see this movie in Mel Gibson's, PASSION OF THE CHRIST? Where Pontius Pilate asked those precursors to our "white"evangelicals", between The Nazarene and Donald Trump's precursor Barabbas, who should he free and to a man they screamed Barabbas? Are we not witnessing and experiencing that same identical drama with this hue and cry for Joe Biden to step aside from his reelection bid? Because during the CNN debate, Biden was his natural 81yr.old self, as if the leathery speech of a 81yr.old voice box is abjectly criminal and socially menacing, than the sex assault adjudged, 34 felony count convicted Donald Trump, who is a pure archetype of the A to Z of human corruption. Yet, what we've experienced is unbridled, umbrage at Joe Biden for daring to remind us that octogenarians exist. This entire hyperventilation over Joe Biden's debate performance is contrived, clearly underpinned by ulterior motives, which must be clearly at odds with the Nations patrimony because, considering the characters involved in the push to have Biden exist stage, hell it could be trapdoored, and there hasn't been none of the usual whisper spillage, that behind the closed doors of the Oval Office away from the moist, liver like lips of a Thomas Friedman, or the affected study of a David Remnick, those self styled gate keepers right? President Joe Biden is a drooling "dotard" a la North Korea reminding Donald Trump, of their proficiency in and command of English lingua which Trump in his illiteracy hadn't a clue in his misfiring neurons, existed. So this brings me to the nerve of THE NEW YORK TIMES, yup that old legion having the gall to presume its deception isn't tired, old (hell if "old" is an accusation, then man o man is the New York Times well deserving!) and worn. Look people way before the debate and Biden's critique The New York Times had been pounding the drum,for him to step aside. The New York Times has expended crazy resources in establishing strawman arguments, a weirdly comical exercise in anti-Biden psy-ops intended to demoralize Biden's base. So this post-debate furor unleashed by The New York Times along with its peon, The Atlanta Journal Constitution clamoring for Biden to hang it up has nothing to do with a droll debate but a Fuhrer gambit.

On 4/24/24 Krys Boyd of KERA's THINK Interviewed Kabir Chibber on his opinion piece, "HOLLYWOOD'S NEW FANTASY A MAGICAL COLORBLIND PAST, which had been published in THE NEW YORK TIMES. First of all I'm detained in solitary confinement and I listen to Krys Boyd's KERA THINK most of the time, some of her content are inane others speak truth, but that's the human condition as such, say what you will but most are intellectually honest. Then there is the 4/24/24, Kabir Chibber interview, which peculiarly on two occasions, Krys Boyd allowed Kabir Chibber to disparage and dismiss The Vice-President of The United States Kamala Harris without context, as a matter of fact Chibber went out of his way to disparage Kamala Harris, underscoring his animus, which after listening to the interview smells like crass jealousy. Now would a man who would presume critique, idealistically of the entire Black historic condition and a cornerstone of the American GDP or Gross National Product, Hollywood be animated by jealousy of a woman, yup.What's that adage, "if it quacks like a duck....,it's a duck? Hell yeah Kabir Chibber is a duck. Look not only is he jealous of Vice-President Harris but ostensibly he's jealous of Black People, because one doesn't arrive at the seething disdain premised, better yet, expressed in his ".....colorblind" work without the sort of slanted eyes of opprobrium to wit jealousy, too much energy was expended by Kabir 'duck' Chibber on a enterprise that no matter how he's given the benefit of doubt, ranks fetid with, intellectual-dishonesty ,infantile sophistry, specious context, farcical excavations and a buffoonish premise. Am I surprised that The New York Times, fell all over itself publishing the idiotic work "HOLLYWOOD'S NEW FANTASY A MAGICAL COLORBLIND PAST"? No. Despite its support for Professor Nikole Hannah Jones 1619 PROJECT, The New York Times is an American establishment and just as we are always reminded of that other axiom, a leopard and spots, The New York Times is incapable of performing, what would be the leopard and its spots alchemy by becoming dialectically objective. Krys Boyd of THINK is also hopelessly subject to the establishment criticism. Now consider any contemporary journalist presented with the opportunity to interview Adolf Hitler or other leadership elements of The Third Reich post its destruction and everything that we now know of it and that journalist indulging in that unconscionable bothsideism of Donald Trump's assertions should be treated equally as Joe Bidens' when we already know the consequence of that world view? Well that is exactly what The New York Times and Krys Boyd of Think done in the matter of Kabir Chibber and his cartoonish neo-Linnaeusism opinion piece. The gist of 'duck 'Chibber's work presents the strawman logic of "colorblind". Then he reveals his 'annoyance' (as if "even the rocks "should commiserate with him) with Hollywood's artistic liberties of portraying Black People in Eurocentric milieus that historically excluded them. Of course he took offense to the movie BLACK PANTHER. Now when challenging intellectually dishonest works most of the time, their premise will at least have a modicum of 'idea' to be dispatched. But 'duck' Chibber doesn't even give us that.I mean really he has issues with a Black Woman playing Queen of a European principality in a cinematic work? Okay so what realism, what historical honesty are we supposed to accept, THE GAME OF THRONES, with its fire breathing dragons on? Now 'duck' Chibber's ironic cloaking of the inherent bigotry of his work, which Krys Boyd, to her credit and despite her compromises during the interview still had an ember of interrogative objective, to smell that it was that tired stench of bigotry fueling, Messer 'duck 'Chibber, to which the old 'duck' recognized with the comical protestation that he isn't, "a racist" .But the thing with life is yes, we can't read the mind but we sure as hell, will see the work and Messer 'duck's' is that old, "thou doth protest too much" ,because if it's okay for White movie makers to give us all sorts of bizarre, outlandish plots, hyper unrealistic dramatizations, taking all sorts of liberties with how we understand 1+1=2, yet Hollywood tells us that not only isn't 1+1 a 2,but we should accept that a bunch of brunettes, blondes and carrot tops were enslaved by other brunettes, blondes and carrot tops in Cecil deMilles TEN COMMANDMENTS. Now if this isn't a prima facie refutation of 'duck 'Chibber's ravings. In other words it's okay for Eurocentrism to give us all sorts of improbabilities and implausibility's at the expense of the old 'duck's Hollywood critique. Hell even that once upon a time "black face" of White actors placing themselves in, according to the old 'duck's mental labors historical implausible realities. I haven't even got to the quintessential repudiation of the 'duck's gibberish which is the fraudulent depiction of Jesus Christ by Eurocentrism as blonde and blue eyed or pick your palette of hair and eye color, but don't stray from Messer Carl Linnaeus, homo sapiens europaeus. So if The New York Times with all its intellectual resources and to a lesser degree Krys Boyd of KERA THINK conveniently ignored the double standard of Kabir Chibber's opinion piece and allowed its intellectual-liberal regurgitations existence. We can only reach one conclusion, that supremacy as Sisyphus is haplessly caught in its wretched futility loop. First of all what does Kabir Chibber know of history? Okay let's indulge him on his terms. How much of history isn't a set of symbiotic relations? What quality of these Americas is unadulterated "White", with whatever White is supposed to mean? I mean 'duck' Chibber, presents such a preposterous speech that incredulity is an understatement. The great schizophrenic, Thomas Jefferson along with his work of authoring, The Declaration enslaved a Black Woman, Sally Hemings whom he serially raped by any and all standards. Yet there are legion among us who deny and decry its history. Dredging up all sorts of nauseous sophistry that Thomas Jefferson and his reprehensible ilk and class should be understood within the prevailing standards of their times and epoch, really? Yet we should celebrate, honor and commemorate what was positive from that history,really? Now if contemporary humanity is the same biologic, mental and emotional beast unchanged for the thousands of years with our proficiency being that of braining each other, why then should our evaluation and accounting of our mutual behavior be according to a subjective and biased "standard", which we know to be nothing more than a justifying gambit? .All we value are actions and activities of our mutual past, yet we indulge in the petty corruption of, we can't dissect our past behavior, which then subjects us to collective schizophrenia as evidenced by Messer Kabir' duck' Chibber and his " colorblind "work.
