Senator Chris Dodd pf Connecticut 1/6/10; retirement speech was specifically cogent. I wonder if Sarah Palin and her pliant ilk have a clue what Chris Dodd was talking about. Or will it take another 1865 type "State Rights" impetuous futility to get the redemption across to the Sarah Palins of History that the wheel has been discovered and it needs no reinventions.
