Deficit Spending is Deficit Spending Irrelevant of Purpose

If purported effects of Deficit Spending are an economical bane as we are constantly reminded by those who ridiculously equate Grandma's money under her mattress or the Barney fire-like family budget with macro-scale Political-Economy of nations.

If such effects are independent of purpose, meaning Deficit Spending is Deficit Spending irrelevant of purpose and massive amounts of Deficit spending are accepted for Wars and the Industrial Military complex.  Then massive amounts of Deficit Spending should also be accepted for a War on Poverty and a War on Unemployment.
