The Historical Delusions of Religion, Franklin Graham and The Intellectual-Liberalism of Morality

It is easy to ignore self-serving assertions by a preacher, considering the historical delusions of religion.  But in American Politics, religion specifically the idealistic distortions and distractions practiced by Christianity presents an interesting nexus of the Human Condition.

Franklin Graham, son of Billy Graham and heir to the Graham Evangelical Enterprise of preaching the New Testament declared with the typical flourish and zeal of Intellectual-Liberalism.  That the nation lost it's moral rudder in the 1960's.  Intimating that the various expressions of political activity and speech during the 1960's was an immoral period in the nations history.

What I find curiously pathetic about Franklin Graham's declaration and it's exercise in Intellectual-Liberalism is:  If the struggles of the 1960's show that the nation lost it's moral rudder.  What then do we say about the fact that the nation had a relative morality to begin with.  The nation, the United States of America was founded and built on the Intellectual-Liberalism of relative morality.  The nation was founded and built on the genocide of Native Americans, the enslavement and genocide of Black people (Africans) the exploitation of Chinese workers the terrorism and oppression of Southern Jim Crow laws and the Intellectual-Liberalism of Thomas Jefferson philosophizing on Mans liberty at the expense of his practices as a slave owner.  So what moral rudder lost is Franklin Graham in true delusional fashion raving about?

Jobs, Health Care Reform of 2010 As Polemical Scape Goat For The Nations Economic Ills

If millions of jobs had been lost prior to the passage of Health Care Reform of 2010.

If company's and small business were not even employing or hiring workers prior to the passage of Health Care Reform of 2010; but were instead laying off worker's, out sourcing jobs and downsizing operations and employment opportunities.

What then is the basis for the Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism critique that Health Care Reform of 2010 kills jobs, impedes employment and is the polemical scape goat for the nations economic ills?

Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism, The Tucson, Arizona Shooting of 1/8/11; and Revisionist Narrative

For Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism to push back as forcefully as it has against the argument, that it's polemic catalyzed the Tucson, Arizona Shooting 1/8/11; underscores it's awareness of the correctness and justness of the argument.

American Jails and Prisons are full of persons ascribed motives of less circumstantial facts than those presented us by the 1/8/11; Tucson shooter.  Yet Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism and Corporate Media are pathetically, disingenuously and panic strickenly doing everything they can demanding that, "We The People" suspend and lay low our reason at the expense of preponderance of circumstantial context surrounding the mind state and focus of the 1/8/11; Tucson shooter.

The 1/8/11; Tucson shooter was preoccupied with the nations Political-Economy, from allegedly burning Old Glory to delusions about the Gold Standard.  The Tucson shooter targeted and shot a politician in broad day light, a Democrat politician and female.  The shooting was a political statement and no amount of revisionary distortions will conceal it.

"We The People" are once again up against our historical nemesis:  Which is revisionist narrative in the pursuit of short term goals, coming at the expense of objective facts and it's redemptive narrative.

Uncivil Disclosure, Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism Reaction and Capitulation of Democrats

To Describe as uncivil the nations public discourse pre the Tucson Shooting of 1/8/11; we have to accept the stark reality of the environment that permitted it.

If the nation pursued it's Political-Economy as an efficient realization of the maximum development of the human condition, we would be spared the pit-falls and distortions of idealism and it's uncivil and marginalization discourse tendencies.

If we are to accept the premise and allow a type of media-practice which is primarily for profit and monetary gain to be the arbiter and gate keeper of the nations cognition.  Then there shouldn't be any hesitancy to squarely define and describe the media's corporate bias as an opportunistic enabler.

As the nation embarks on another spin of the return civility to discourse wheel.  The antagonistic seeds of the contradiction of it's environmental reality has already been sown.  Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism reaction is being rewarded because it has effectively employed the tools of uncivil discourse to attain it's speculative political power ends as the Congressional Election of 2010 showed and by the capitulation of Democrats by seeking a civil discourse it assures Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism reaction that Democrats will not meet reactionary suppositions with the stern counter-resistance of uncivil discourse.

The Biggest Political Lie of 2010 and Corporate Media

If as PolitiFact pointed out on 12/16/10; that the Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism claim, Health Care Reform of 2010 was a government take over of Health Care was the biggest lie of 2010.  What then does it say about Corporate Media and it's Wolf Blitzer who enabled the lie?

Gene Simmons of The Rock Group KISS, Intellectual-Liberalism, Barack Obama and Auto-Mockery

So Gene Simmons of the rock group KISS is pretentious and has evidence of Intellectual-Liberalism in his world view.  Despite the arrogance of his Man's barbarity critique beginning and ending with his Jewish identity and the historicity of the Jewish experience.  Gene Simmons can only lay claim to the idealism of his Intellectual-Liberalism upon the base-opportunity of crass Conservatism and it's reaction.

Gene Simmons has revealed that he voted for Barack Obama specifically because of it's first Black this or that novelty.  Then Gene Simmons goes on to express buyers remorse on the grounds that Barack Obama was not qualified, because he had never run a business.  We (Apropos) challenge Gene Simmons on his affiliation with that thought.  That idealistic narrative specific for U.S. Presidency, that only business leaders are qualified.  The Intellectual-Liberalism of Gene Simmons world view, typically ignores the devil is in the details unity of opposites objective fact of phenomena.  So Gene Simmons and his ilk trapped in their suppositions only have anticipations that reinforce their Intellectual-Liberalism.

There is a tension held by a business leader with society at large that is antagonistic due to the value speculation dynamic and it's alienation.  To reduce historical appreciation of economy of thought and it's leadership potential to narratives which if we are to accept as objective is to surrender the very process of democracy that enables the criticism and it's Intellectual-Liberalism.

So to the Gene Simmons of the world and their reaction.  There isn't a vantage specific that endows the organic condition of humanness omnipotent sapience, such a reality were to exist would be auto-mockery and the reinvention of the wheel dynamic of Intellectual-Liberalism.

Republican-Conservatism Right-Wing Fascism and Democratic-Liberal Leftist-Progressive Thought

In a world of ideas where the alienative and competitive extremes are between Republican-Conservatism Right-Wing Fascism and Democratic-Liberal Leftist-Progressive thought.  One has to be a cynic and misanthrope of the worst type to accept the proposition that given this choice, the American people will side with the Intellectual-Liberalism and misery loves company dialectic of Republican-Conservatism Right-Wing Fascism.

Yet the not so strange fact, considering the American people are just that people, is, the American people have when presented with this choice picked the reaction and Intellectual-Liberalism of Republican-Conservatism Right-Wing Fascism and it's misery loves company dialectic historically at the expense of the industriousness and redemption of Democratic-Liberal Leftist-Progressive thought.

The Question: What Is Important Money or Happiness and Class War

The Question: What is important money or happiness which is commonly presented as a rhetorical polemic implies a fundamental ignorance of what is money and a presumptuousness towards what is happiness.

The Question: What is important money or happiness stands on it's head when it is asked of original, ancestral man, who never suffered it as polemic, did happiness come into it's historical existence upon the discovery of value aka money?

The Question: What is important money or happiness is not intellectual curiosity but instead an insidious weapon in the historical struggle of value speculation realized as the drama of class war.

Free Speech, Google, Carla Franklin and the Courts

If the issue is Free Speech, the recent ruling by a Federal Court Judge against Google in the case of the disparaging anonymous You Tube video comments against Cara Franklin when contrasted with the the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in Citizens United, where the court ruled corporations have anonymous Free Speech--goes to show the extreme exertion to simply get it wrong.

The correct thing for the courts to establish and affirm is: the fundamental question of speech in the human condition and it's Political-Economy is speech is always human and singular.  Thus singular anonymous speech, as a singular epithet hurled anonymously from a crowd is protected speech.

The courts idealistically answer the Free Speech question in the Google, Carla Franklin incident with the implicit abstraction that the right lies with to know and that quite frankly is an idealistic perversion.

Katie Couric, Sarah Palin, Sex and Those Amongst Us Who Would presume Leadership

Gov. Sarah Palin has breakfast and visits with...Image via Wikipedia
Katie Couric famously asked Sarah Palin for examples of what she read.  to which Sarah Palin presented Saturday Night Live with a wealth of material.

Imagine if the questions were:  Did Sarah Palin enjoy giving or receiving oral sex and how often did she engage in oral sex?

Imagine the potential voter learning if Sarah Palin preferred her sex in the spoon, the buck, the missionary or peeing moose?  Or whether her vagina was shaven or trimmed.  Imagine what we would learn about the personalities and character inclinations from the sexual realizations of those amongst us who would presume leadership.

Lapel Pins, Motif Totems of American Organized Violence and Slavery Circa 1619

The maker of Lapel Pins worn by Madeleine Albright, Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin and their ilk, prostitutes of the Mint Julep, city on a shining hill farcial narrative of America the myth.  Brimming with pride declared on the 12/12/2010; Chris Wallace Show on FOX that her lapel pins, Motif Totems of American Organized Violence were the American symbols.

The idealistic effrontery of the declaration it's impudent revision and omission of the true Motif Totems of American Organized Violence is glaring.  Infantile yet insidious, provencially naive in it's assumptions that American Motif Totems ends with the "Support the Troops" theology and it's all done straight faced at the expense of the binding shackles, yokes, lash and creaky ships of American Slavery circa 1619, which coupled with the concertina wire of modern American Super Prisons are the true Motif Totems, The American Symbols of it's Political-Economy.

Equity, Fairness, The Misery Loves Company Dialectic, Deficit Spending and Classes the Super Rich Prey On

There is a naive misunderstanding of nuances of the human sense of equity and fairness by Republican-Conservatism.  Despite the fact that Republican Conservatism and it's Tea Partyism dupe insidiously exploits it as the misery loves company dialectic.

This naive misunderstanding is what is driving the debate on Deficit Spending and Bush Tax Cuts for the super rich.  If as Dick Cheney famously and correctly stated that Deficit Spending is irrelevant to the macro-economic dynamic of any mature industrialized Political-Economy.  Then considering the nuanced reality of the human sense of equity and fairness and if: there is an actual debate on the meaning of macro-economic deficit spending, why shouldn't the majority of America then feel that it is appropriate for George Bush and Republican-Conservatism with it's Tea Partyism dupe to Deficit Spend with tax cuts for the super rich under all of the above of speculative narrative.  Why then shouldn't there be Deficit Spending for programs that support the classes the super rich fleece and prey on.

Michele Rhee, The Education Question and The Status Quo Narrative aspect of American Political-Economy

Michele Rhee misses the fundamental crux of the education question.  Which specifically is: a certain narrative aspect of American Political-Economy status quo does not perceive the nature of the nations intermediate education as appalling and destructive because those members of American society subject to the education dynamic in question are appendages, inconsequential and irrelevant to the realization fact of American Political-Economy.

Simply put American Political-Economy as understood by that status quo narrative aspect does not understand the relevancy of human beings it considers as inconsequential and irrelevant so their education is a mere academic, idealistic and speculative exercise.

This is the reality Michele Rhee and her imperative is up against.  This is the crux of the matter.  If education and literacy is to take on the utility of the Michele Rhee imperative there has to be a transformational narrative grasp of American Political-Economy.

"Shock and Awe", George W. Bush, Iraq War Military-Adventurism and The Naivete of the American Social-Being

This post "Shock and Awe" reflection and it's revisionist lessons learned with focus on the naivete of the initial supposition that the George W. Bush and Neo-Conservatism Iraq War military-adventurism would be a clean sort of War permits and allows the crucial point of the War to be ignored.

The Iraq War military-adventurism was purposefully sold to an American public and it's intelligentsia that lacks (then and now) the dialectical tools to analyze and respond in kind to it's Political-Economy realities.  War, as Von Clausewitz instructs is politics, reflects the objective realizations of Man the social being.  Consequently George W. Bush and Neo-Conservatism by the Iraq military-Adventurism exposed the naivete of the American social-being

The Tiger Woods Sex-Scandal, The Human Condition and It's Immoral Critique

Tiger Woods in 2007Image via WikipediaThe Tiger Woods experience post sex-scandal is another interesting insightful facet of The Human Condition.  Specifically the unity of it's opposites.  The pre sex-scandal Tiger Woods was a winner exacting triumph on the field, his foes in crushing fashion.

The case can and should be vigorously made that those scandalous facts objectifying the Tiger Woods sex-scandal are what made him the indomitable winner he was which is the sole arbiter and only basis for Tiger Woods the phenomenon.

This raises an interesting question and incident of The Human Condition.  If the sordid scandalous facts objectifying the Tiger Woods sex-scandal are what enabled the "good" and morally socio-positive aspect of the phenomenal Tiger Woods, the indomitable Golfer, What does it's immoral critique mean?

George W. Bush, Saddam Hussein's Gun and The Prohibition Against Trophy's

Why isn't George W. Bush criticized for keeping as trophy Saddam Hussein's gun? The pistol (gun) Saddam Hussein had during his purported capture.  The gun which seems to be a prized and defining memento of the George W. Bush Presidency will be on display at the George W. Bush Library at SMU (Southern Methodist University).

Keeping the gun as trophy cheapens and demeans the will of the nation to undertake and wage war.  It undermines the much preached and pursued morale and unit cohesiveness of the nations defense on the specifics that the U.S. military prohibits and frowns on it's members claiming trophy's.  The President of the United States in the role Commander in Chief of the U.S. Military is also subject and bound to the prohibition against trophy's.

George W. Bush should surrender Saddam Hussein's gun which is trophy to a relevant museum or subjected to legal action by the Attorney General of the United States.

The Black Press, Media and the Congressional Black Caucus Scholarship Scandal

Where has the Black Press and Media been on The Congressional Black Caucus Scholarship scandal?

This is an issue The Black Press and Media should be leading on.  The Congressional Black Caucus has a scholarship program for it's finance challenged constituents.  A program intended to provide and facilitates higher education.  But as it has been revealed, the program has been abused by certain members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

The Black Press and Media should lead on ferreting out the truth.  The Black Community needs an accounting and a responsible and professionally mature press and media is the foundation for Political-Economic stability which is so absent in the Black Community.

Intellectual-Liberalism, The Black church and the Cold War of American Racism

Not only is it philosophical revision, but it is Intellectual-Liberalism and cowardly flailing to as it is now vogue by certain idealistic Black intelligentsia, specifically the Black Church proponents of the conclusion that being in dept is worse than racism.

I respond with: Isn't the debt facet of the Black American Experience a component fact of the Political-Economic dynamic of The Cold War of American Racism?

As integral an institution as the Black Church within Black America, can I dare ask how much of it's upkeep and structural necessities are done by the actions of the Black American Community as realized thing for itself?

It is commonly accepted that Black America is always optimistic despite the injustices of the Black American Experience and condition.  This is not to mean Black America is that derided simpleton of antebellum denigration but and I pose this Question:  Is it a result of the idea deficit within the Black American Experience of the production of money and  it's realization?  Because a mature grasp of the social-dialectic requires a healthy dose of cynicism which is a result of intimacy and it's proximity to the nature of the specific Political-Economy.

The Black Church critique of this fact and it's denial of the nature of The Cold War of American Racism only exposes it's immature and incorrect understanding of American Political-Economy.
