Privacy, Kate Middleton Baring Her Breast and The Tower Of London

The Question of privacy should hinge on proximity, it is reactionary and modernly illiterate for Kate Middleton and her husband to suppose and assume entitled to privacy when the supposed entitlement of privacy actually is a gradation of proximity.

What we are saying is: The objectivity of privacy which is what jurisprudence is being asked by Kate Middleton because of her social act of baring her breast, to define, is specifically and objectively an approximation of proximity.

Privacy is an awareness of subjective proximity so we state:  Kate Middleton should have had the presence of mind that in the age of digitalized technology, her topless sunbathing nudity which by the way is observable from satellites in orbit cannot claim a presumptive privacy defended by the utility, The Tower Of London claimed in its hey day.
