To the Anti-Taxs polemic that invokes the Constitution of the United States for it's cause, we state this: The Constitution of the United States is taxes progressive. There are progressive and affirmed mentions of taxes in article I section 2, section 7 and in section 8 and it goes without saying that the existence of any mature developed republic requires realized taxes.
