Public Schools, Intermediary Education, Desegregation and Busing

The question of the nations Public Schools, K-12 Intermediary education is a social problem primarily because of desegregation and the consequence of busing.  If Public Schools are a conundrum, it became a contextual problem within the reactionary motive of segregationist hold-outs, elitist Fancy's and sympathizers who "Gone With the Wind" and "Birth of a Nation" are their moral denominator.

If Public Schools at the intermediary level are failing, which in most cases they are.  It has nothing to do with the Idea of Public Schooling, but the debate incredulously approaches the question as if it is.

From the Home Schooling Charter schools and voucher gambits as solution.  The noise in the education debate has always tended to pillory the idea and practice of Public Schooling at the intermediary level, which as polemics did not exist prior to desegregation and busing.

The question of the nations Public Schools Intermediary education has now matured to this comedy of horrors spectacle that the notion, there is Conservative and Liberal education is articulated as if it is worthy of rigorous synthesis.
