John McCain's Judgement and Swiftboat Politics

John McCain's explanation and defense of his swiftboat politics and campaign against his Democratic rival Barack Obama is : Because Obama hasn't done Town Hall Meetings with him.

There are two peculiarities about this example of John McCain's judgement
  • The fawning and insidious corporate media hasn't pointed out the petulant absurdity of the judgement.
  • That John McCain has disavowed his April 2008; pledge to run a honorable campaign minus the Willie Horton gambit of Bush family politics.
Barack Obama and the Democratic Party seem to naively ignore the maxim that politics and it's activity is that of contrast and antagonisms.
