Virginia's Republican-conservatism Governor Bob McDonnell's Proclamation Honoring the Confederacy, Open Political-Action and the Dialectic of Backwardness

Much and a lot has been said of Virginia's Republican-Conservatism Governor Bob McDonnell's Proclamation that the month of April is Confederate History Month, honoring the Confederacy of Southern States.  Progressive and a majority of Black people have criticized it.  Reactionaries, Bigots and a handful of insane and self-loathing Black people have expressed their support.

Apropos The Blog will not indulge in the gambit of renarrating all those pertinent facts of American history, specifically the Civil War/War Between the States of 1865 and it's primary cause.  The Confederacy of Southern States, The Period of Reconstruction, The Emergence of Jim Crow Laws which culminated in the Civil Rights Movement.  Because it has been exhaustively documented and the very exegesis of contemporary American Political-Economy affirms the generality and particulars of the Confederacy of the rebellious southern states.

Instead Apropos The Blog will focus on certain opportunistic aspects for open political-action which Bob McDonnell's proclamation presents Progressive and minds and hearts on the right and just side of history in the advancement of combating reaction and it's Republican-Conservatism medium.

  • Governor Bob McDonnell's proclamation reminds us and it reaffirms the antagonism that Republican-Conservatism is misanthropic, revisionist, reactionary, backwards and always on the wrong and unjust side of history.
  • In having to revise the proclamation and include the Slavery fact Bob McDonnell ended negating the intent of his declaration, when he was compelled to state, Slavery as the cause of the Civil War and as a set of relations was evil.  This clearly indicates the schizophrenic and reckless consequence of Republican-Conservatism thought.
  • This is first and foremost a struggle against the dialectic of backwardsness.  The very idea of Antebellum, Pre-Civil War Southern States Political-Economy, with the exception of Texas was at odds with the dialectic that impelled the United States as an idea notwithstanding that certain Radical-Virginians theorized the establishment of the United States.  It all the more affirms and exposes the antagonisms of Southern Political-Economy, particularly the Virginia Gentleman Farmer, which Bob McDonnell's declaration continues.
  • Progressives and minds and hearts on the right and just side of history cannot simply ridicule southern backwardsness as once again expressed by Virginia's Republican-Conservatism Governor Bob McDonnell.  But Backwardsness must be refuted by tactical open Political-Action in all its ingenuity.
The struggle is real.  Our hearts and minds are unified.
