The question of investigating the Bush Administration should conclude with opening the can of worms of Congressional malfeasance. Because both Republicans and Democrats charged with upholding the Constitution and it's separation of powers were also criminally negligent in ensuring that the business of the American people happened as if, consequences were understood.
