Republican-Conservatism, it's Intellectual-Liberalism, Austerity, Deprivation and Welfare Programs

Republican-Conservatism and it's Intellectual-Liberalism presents as it's motive that, economic energy is wholly compelled by austerity, austere conditions and catalysed by deprivation.  So poverty and socio-marginalization isn't seen by Republican-Conservatism and it's Intellectual-Liberalism as a negative and destructive.  Instead it's perceived in it's most germane expression as "good" because poverty and deprivation impels the Human Condition to realize "better".

Idealistically the described world view of Republican-Conservatism seems to present a fact of the Human Condition and we see it played out in the anti-government activity polemicized by the Republican Party against Welfare programs.

It's not my intention to philosophize.  A catalog and bibliography refuting this Republican-Conservatism world view has occupied 90% of the Human Conditions mental labor.

We at Apropos state: The Human Condition is s soupy approximation historically spiced with austerity and deprivation.  A fact stated by milleania of it's historicity but without the commensurate "better" the idealism of Republican-Conservatism and it's Intellectual-Liberalism would have us accept as dialectical synthesis.
