Lets take for example perennial and professional candidate Mitt Romney and his line of attack against Barack Obama and Democrats, that Barack Obama and Democrats have abridged "Economic Opportunity" in the nations Political-Economy.

Now were Democrats and the Democratic Party to challenge Mitt Romney and Republican-Conservatism/Tea Party on that line of attack with the simple definitive correction that "economic Opportunity" in the general sense is always realized in the most chaotic and unstable of economic environments and Political-Economy.
