Pain Killers, Black, Brown, White America and Illegal Drug Activities

So when will criminal laws on the Federal and State level reflect that Pain Killers prescribed by the nations well fed doctors
are now enemy number one in that other war, The War On Drugs?

Or are we to accept the proposition that the war on drugs as all proscriptions and social controls are nothing more than thinly veiled gambits to destabilize Black and Brown America particularly Black and Brown Men because what we see with pain killers medication is it is illegal activity indulged primarily by suburban White America and rural White America.. We don't see monologues in the various political chambers across the land, demanding the sort of Draconian Punishment illegal drug activities practiced by Black and Brown America experiences.  What we do see is the sophistry bias of law, order and justice and it's logic is stacked when the violator is the suburban neighbor or the hunting rifle toting, dysfunctioning family, religious opportunist NASCAR rural America.

Oil Futures Instantly Capitalized, Exploited by Retail Activity and A Loaf Of Bread

Gas prices in late May 2008.Image via Wikipedia
What is it exactly about oil, gas that demands we treat it with an illogical compact than we do quite frankly with any other aspect of our replicative needs of the Human Condition?

Why is it that any speculative activity on oil futures is instantly capitalized and exploited by retail activity and we tolerate and accept it's phenomena as sensible, within our practice of stable Political-Economy?

Imagine a loaf of bread experiencing the type of Political-Economic activity oil has been expressing recently as economic realization.  Imagine the speculative activity on grain futures instantly capitalized and exploited by the retail activity of a loaf of bread.  Imagine the grain industry explaining itself with the logic that Farmer Browns cows broke out of their stalls and trampled Farmer Greens grain fields so your bread seller is at liberty to penny ante price gouge bread buyers.

"Class Warfare", "State Rights" and The Banner of Treason

Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism and it's Intellectual-Liberalism bandy's the term "Class Warfare" anytime and everytime blows are accurately struck against it's narrative----"Class Warfare' is uttered in a manner as if it's treasonous, yet the concept and advocacy of "States Rights" which has been the only practice under the banner of treason is spouted with impunity and gall.

Walmart Women, The Thought of Justice Antonin Scalia Conservatism and Black People Are Inferior

During recent arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court on the Walmart Gender Discrimination Class Action Certification Case, Justice Antonin Scalia indicated his agreement, with the Walmart Corporate position that the disparity and discrimination experienced by Walmart Women workers are due to their passivity.

We have always known that Justice Antonin Scalia is a petty Reactionary who is intoxicated on the mediocrity of thought.  Conservatism is the implicit default that the Human Condition was completed at Mans "creation" and history is some sort of bedeviled dormancy anticipating schizophrenia.  It is this default of Mans sapience that Justice Antonin Scalia has hawked primarily as contribution to the Human Condition.  A contribution which despite contemporary hedging on sapience and Progressive-Liberal thought is profoundly handicapped by caveman's discovery of fire.

Justice Antonin Scalia is pathetically on the wrong  side of history, the Arkansas sell out U.S. production to the shop floors of dialectical-historical materialist, Communist Party led side of history, which is what Walmart has done and is doing American Political-Economy.

Are we surprised that Justice Antonin Scalia is empowered to reveal the Intellectual-Liberalism of his thought with the reaction that discrimination against Women at the Walmart workplace is because Women are passive.  No we are not and it only confirms the extraordinary extent of the distortions of the thought of Justice Antonin Scalia because it also indicates that the logical conclusion of the thought of Jusice Antonin Scalia is Black People are inherently inferior to historically and specifically suffer pervasive and systemic prejudices and injustices as they do.

Nicholas Kristof, U.S. Foreign Policy and Consistently It Lets Black People Die

The globe trotting NY Times Nicholas Kristof  recently tried to make the point in response to critics of the seeming inconsistency of U.S. Foreign Policy .That even if U.S. Foreign Policy is inconsistent as it intervenes in Libyan internal politics and Civil War while indifferent to slaughter in Darfur and the Ivory Coast.  The seeming inconsistency (and we paraphrase) is correct, appropriate and fair because lives are being saved in Libya.

The problem is Nicholas Kristof is wrong.  The polemic presented by Nicholas Kristof is an affront and insult to the lives lost, lives destroyed, lives stymied by U.S. Foreign Policy.

U.S. Foreign Policy contrary to the apologies by Nicholas Kristof is not inconsistent.  U.S. Foreign Policy has since the inception of the nation been consistently simple: It Lets Black People Die.  We challenge Nicholas Kristof to prove otherwise.  From the slaughter of Black People in South Africa during the terror of Apartheid, through Genocide in Rwanda, to the continuing destruction of Black lives in the Congo, Uganda, Darfur, Chad, Mauritania and now Ivory Coast.  What all these crime scenes have in common is U.S. Foreign Policy was indifferent and the victims are Black People, not Caucasoid Libyan Berbers.

The court of Justice Antonin Scalia, " Let Them Eat Cake" and the Immunity Contradiction Within the What is Government Formulations

Should we, 7,000 years after Black Nubians gave the Human Condition by the way of their Egyptian cousins dialectics and the materialist analysis of history and objective truth.  Should we, 2,000 years after the purported "Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's" and it's idealism.  Should we, 200 years after the practice of the Jacobin Club, after the inquisition of Rousseaus Social Contract--- find ourselves contending with the mediocrity, the tautological sophistry of the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice Antonin Scalia and it's butchery and reactionary revision of the immunity contradiction within the what is government formulation and it's synthesis?

Our forebear's struggled to synthesize the contradictions presented by the immunity formulation within the idea of a Constitutional Republic being born out of the antagonisms of Monarch Rule.  The Human Condition is not omniscient nor does one human, even a group of humans presume to monopolize cognition and it's relative certainties.  Historically American jurisprudence has struggled with formulating the question of immunity for those who act formally for the republic within the Progressive motive with intellectual seriousness and maturity.

Recently the court of Justice Antonin Scalia blinded by Antoinetteism  and it's fatal "Let Them Eat Cake" has for the most petulance of attitudes expressed it's will at the expense of progress with it's reactionary revision of the immunity contradiction within the what is government formulation.  The question of immunity is already a tenuous construct when the social-contract denys the citizen to plead ignorance of the law as defense.  So it has become a byzantine comedy of sorts to see the Court of Justice Antonin Scalia take the reactionary attitude that the question of immunity for officials of the Republic requires an Intellectual-Liberal formulation.  One that laughably and assuming without a wink and a nod permits public officials to plead specific ignorance and utility specifics relative to laws, the objectivity of their office demands.

The Oil Industry, Dialectical Historical Materialist Critique and the Naivete of the Chinese Communist Party

Could it be that the objective of all the recent tumult in Arabicized oil producing nations is simply to check the Peoples Republic of China from it's idealistic enterprise of capturing and monopolizing the futures of the Oil Industry and it's markets?

Notwithstanding the stern nature and resolve of the dialectical historical materialist critique of the Chinese Communist Party as it vanguards the Peoples Republic of China.  There is a certain streak of naivete within it's psyche, that ignores the propensity for unconscionable violence and barbarity of Anglo-Prussian, North American Western Imperialism.

It is this naivete, it's audacity that could very well be imperiling Chinese calculations as it comes up against the quintessentially barbaric motive of western Imperialistic value speculators of the Oil Industry, it's futures and markets.

Oscar Awards Black-Centric Cinema, American-Political Economy and the Black American Experience as Tragedy

The recent 2011 Oscar Awards for excellence in cinema due to it's lack of serious, meaningful and significant recognition of any Black-Centric films and excellence in cinema has again resurrected the question of Hollywood and it's relationship with Black America, The Black American Experience and The Cold War of American Racism.

The situation with Black-Centric Cinema and movies is that of Political-Economy.  Specifically the peculiar nature of the relationship Black America has with the larger American Political-Economy.  Black American life, it's experience is a result of the organic foundation of American Political-Economy.  There has to be a serious and realistic diversification of  Black American economic activity and productivity which in turn will support artistic expressions of the Black American experience that are not Tyler Perry one-dimensional, Spike Lee reaction, John Singleton illustration and all the in between presumptions which despite base origin all ply the Black American Experience as tragedy, tragicomedy, idealistic-determination and romantic-sentimental therapy.

The Oscar Awards cannot be separated from the White-Centrism of the larger American Political-Economy and it's idea of cinematic and movie excellence.  White-Centric artistic ideas are exactly that, expressions of a subject of American Political-Economy and it the Black American Experience defaults in it's determination of it's cinematic and movie excellence to White-Centric ideas then any critique of the result is simply a childish, idealistic and obscure effort.

Mature expressions of perception, recognition of complex relationships which is specifically the forte of cinema and movies are the art of a vigorous and diverse economic productivity.  What we present is the observation that when Black American economic activity realizes objective diversity, that fact as it's own intrinsic logic will compel the necessary recognition of excellence without hoping for it's generosity from a White-Centric artistic logic that is dealing with it's very own indulgences and presumptions.
