The Collaborator Felicia Nu'Man: Why are two-thirds of criminal defendants in Louisville, Kentucky Black?

Why did Felicia J. Nu'Man, a Black female Prosecutor for Louisville, Kentucky decide that writing an essay in Newsweek titled "I am not the enemy: I put people in jail because they break the law not because I'm a puppet of a racist judicial system", was necessary in defending her political and social conduct? Unless somewhere within her social moorings was relative doubt as to being a collaborator.

First of all Nu'Man can take her place in the ranks and files of all the other historical collaborators. Law as any other social- political dynamic is a relative circumstance and any prosecutor is practically collaborating.

One of the primary indictments of the thirteen North American Colonies against Great Britain was the conduct of British and the collaborator- monarchist, prosecutor representing law in Colonies. So once again Felicia Nu'Man is not at all in any unique place---what is infantile and idealistic about her position is it's defense and coquettish presumptions of the status quo narrative.

If Nu'Man is on the right-side of history in all it's dialectical determinants in her performance as a prosecutor for Louisville and the State of Kentucky, then race has nothing to do with it. But if as her essay presents, that the sum value of her practice is realized through race. Then despite her protestations and at times beseeching sympathy, her actions must be viewed through the relativism of the Cold War of American Racism.

Nu'Man , concluded her essay with:

"Of course it's harder to be Black in this country. Of course, Black people are treated unfairly. Of course the inner cities have a decaying infrastructure. But there is absolutely no reason to break a reasonable appropriate law. None. " The alternative is chaos".

Felicia Nu'Man, sounds just like a Kentucky slave holder back in the 1800's; defending a law and it's punishment upon a slave caught stealing a tomato to supplement the gruel mush slave diet. Once again Nu'Man isn't historically unique that's what they all say. Whether it's the status quo actor or as in Nu'Man's case the support lackey collaborator all law has it's relative defense.

Felicia Nu'Man states, within her jurisdiction two-thirds of all criminal defendants are Black. Then she goes on to say it then means "roughly two-thirds of all victims are black", then mocking justice she questions "should law enforcement not prosecute Black criminals and doom all Black victims to the absence of justice? "Assuming Nu'Man isn't some sort of Aunt Jemima lawyering hamster like on the social-contract tread wheel and that flame of humanness despite being a collaborator is still sparking within her--- her question then transforms into why is two-thirds of criminal defendants in her jurisdiction of Louisville, Kentucky Black?

Hamas and John McCain, A"Swift boat" Politician

If John McCain is the patriot he claims and not an opportunist exploiting a nations sympathy for his Prisoner of War experience during the Vietnam War, then the nation must always come first and so far a number of telling comments and postures is exposing McCain as just another clay foot politician.

As a talking point for his Presidential campaign John McCain has latched onto the fact a Hamas operative stated an Obama Presidency will be favorable. McCain's position is , Hamas has endorsed Barack Obama and it's an Obama liability. The reality is McCain the patriot in ideal has violated that primary tenet of closing ranks against a common foe! If as is generally accepted that Hamas is an organization the U.S. Government has defined as terrorist and an enemy, counter U.S. interest. Then regardless of whether McCain's exploitation of the Hamas question came as a result of a response to a question or not--- McCain should have with patriotic fervor stated unequivocally that foreign agents and actors must stay out and be kept out of American Internal Politics and quotes from foreigners have no place in the debate. Yet in desperation and a pathetic one at that, McCain quickly seized on the Hamas question as it it was in fact a legitimate and valid political point against Barack Obama.

There is a pattern: Those who always beat their chest, proclaiming, The Red, White, and Blue, seem to be the ones who opportunistically compromise it's very core.

What was the legacy from the "Swift Boat" attack on John Kerry in 2003? The most pivotal and strangely enough ignored was John Kerry was attacked primarily on the grounds that his Valor awards and medals were contrived. The implicit premise in the swift boating of Kerry was the U.S. Navy was willing actor in the "fraudulent" Kerry medals. The swift boating of Kerry challenged the very code of conduct of the U.S. Navy, a patriotic institution and Republicans then as now with the McCain attack on Obama over Hamas have no qualms in betraying the Republic when it suits their narrow interest of pursuing the trappings of state power and prestige.

Where was McCain when Ronald Reagan made a back door deal with Iranian captors of American citizens, not to release the captives till his assumptions of the U.S. Presidency?

I guess perfecting the tonality of "My Friends".

Philadelphia Police, Power and it Corrupts

On 5/5/08; like rabid dogs a dozen or more Philadelphia Police were caught on film by T.V. station's helicopter attacking 3 men. Kicking , stomping and just adding to the worlds chronicles another example of why Power corrupts. Whether it's the pre-historical raping and pillaging by members of a dominant group, through the terroristic activities of Colonial forces representing organized violence of various Colonial trading companies, through the unspeakable brutality of slavery in all it's forms, particularly it's practice in the Americas, to the dreaded night knocks on doors by various historical uniforms, Power without accountability corrupts.

Are we to forget that it was also Philadelphia with it's misnomer, "City of Brotherly Love", that it's Government saw fit to drop a bomb on an undesirable type of speech it it's midst during the middle 1980's---specifically 1985 and the Philadelphia Police bombing of the Black American group, Move.

If in theory no one is above the law, then no one is above the law--- Police caught on film acting like a badge makes their reason any more valid than any other reason should not be treated with administrative duty as the cops in question are, as cops always caught behaving like that are. But they should be subjected to what any individual caught kicking and stomping another human being would.

Apologist for cops and the usual Police Union talking head, with effrontery state with a straight face that the Philadelphia 3 (brutally beaten) were suspected of having been involved in a shooting, So?

If laws are supposed to stand independent of reason and rationale, then let the application reflect that, because in it's absence is the deconstruction of the insidious and ridiculous "Don't do as I do, but do as say"
---because the reality is every human activity has a reason yet the social contract of Political-Economy demands a subordination to accountability and Government in all it's practice, particularly where it meets the contradictions and antagonisms of the social contract. i.e Police Officers performing their duties must reflect and represent the aspirations of humanness and that was compromised in Philadelphia.

The "Loan" Brides of Afghanistan

Out in the open in U.S., Afghanistan child molestation thrives as a function of Afghanistan's Heroin and Opium industry.

Girls as young as 9 are forced into sex-slavery as purported marriages by debt collectors. "Loan Brides" is the insulting euphemism, the veneer of a practice were it occurring under any of those governments distasteful to American sensibilities, First Lady Laura Bush and all those other women who love to selectively criticize the sins of the world, would be holding press conferences, taking Hamid Karzai the Afghan President to task over it. But it so happens that this defacto Afghan child molestation, being a result, the maggot infested side of American Democracy in Afghanistan is seemingly shrugged off with silence.

The Valleys of Afghanistan produce approx. 90% of the Globes Heroin and Opium which is the most significant part of Afghan economy. During the Taliban brief control, Poppy (The plant from which Heroin and Opium comes from) production decreased but after 9-11 and defeat, Poppy growth and subsequent production of Heroin has accelerated. In the absence of a stable financial system Afghan Poppy growers barrow money from rich Warlords, drug traffickers and land owners who in default of the loan, demand the Farmers daughter as payment.

They have names like:

  • Khalida Who is 9
  • Gul Ghoti, 16
  • Shaukina, 17
  • Bibi Gula, 13
  • And the lil 3 year old pictured at right, name unknown

Black Gender Relationship and the American Condition

Can there be an objective and practical analysis of Black Gender Relationship without scrutinizing the Political-Economic conditions which originally supports the existence of Black People? This Writer is of the position that such is impossible yet a seeming majority of Black Intelligentsia act as it is and in most cases voluminous analysis have been undertaken in it's pursuit, as if Black Gender Relationship is independent of the American condition and it's dictating forces and can be analyzed separate and apart from the American Condition and it's basis.

Black Gender Relationship and the generality of the Black American social condition, it's health, stability and direction, is like unto any other aspect of the human condition, it develops upon and is affirmed within those conditional basis of how human beings go about re-creating the basis for existence and the subsequent development of their lives. If it is understood that the Black American or descendants of Africans brought to the United Sates in chains are now what they are due to the heritage of slavery, then why is it problematic for any examination of Black Gender relationship to objectively base it's method of analysis from it?

Most Analysis presented always represent one dimension of the Black American condition, it's metaphysical facet and it is always at the expense of the profane substance of Black Life, which allows and enables the metaphysical idea to even exist in the first place. In consequence, if the reason for the gender issue is grasped, those analyst refuse to accept it, discarding it for an idea, their idea of the problem, it's cause and solution that exist only in their heads and the heads of those who hold similar and like views.

If Black Gender Relationship is described as chaotic and unstable it also goes to say, Black Life, which is to say condition of existence for Black people is chaotic and unstable. One crucial factor consistently overlooked and if it is factored, it is done in a static and insignificant manner is the fact of American Slavery.

Africans were brought to the U.S. as Slaves, specifically to satisfy an economical need. The African Slaves then became components of U.S. society, but as Slaves. Their relationship then held with the U.S. economy defined their Political condition. Consequently laws defining the nature of the enslaved social polity were developed. Laws are relative and reflective of Political conditions which in the case of the enslaved Africans objectified the nature of relations with U.S. Political-Economy, which from it's inception has defined and dictated the terms of the Black Condition in the U.S.

Within the pursuits of maintaining the economical imperatives of Slavery a variety and wide array of methods were utilized by U.S. Political-Economy of which that most fundamental ploy of "Divide and Conquer" was one. The Application of the Divide and Conquer maxim was on the one hand objective machinations and on the other subjective manipulation of human psychology. Those enslaved Africans , who through the harsh conditions of the initial capture, to the end of finding themselves on the dusty fields of America, were for the most deeply traumatized. Nonetheless to attain the ends to their investment, Slaveholders had to allow a bit of liberalization and a lessening of the trauma and with that came the accompanying threat of uprising and rebellion.

Once organizers of American Slavery, the Slaveholders and the Political-Economy, found that particular level and point at which Slavery and it's relative control could be maintained without destabilizing the strategic intent: The basis for Black Gender Relationship was laid and structured.

The variegated, maneuvering, manipulations, ploys, gambits and determinations which occurred through out that tenuous relationship we now generally describe as American Slavery were the formative base for all that we now know and view as Black Gender Interactive Behavior. The Black Man and Woman existing as Slaves in principle and in deed developed attitudes and behavior despite it being in reaction to their condition became to be an intrinsic basis for interaction and relationship with each other.

Slavery might not exist as a fact of contemporary U.S. society, but it's dynamic as the structural basis for American Political-Economy reigns supreme in modern American society and in more ways than one, it is experienced as the strain and discord of Black Gender Relationship.

Black Economical Endeavors: The Dearth of Substantial Economical initiative within Black Municipalities

  • How do we explain the dearth of substantial economical initiative within Black municipalities? What I mean by Black Municipalities, is environs controlled politically by African -Americans.
  • How do we explain the economical dysfunction of inner-city, urban areas after white owned industries move out to the suburban areas?
  • Why is it that those upper class and middle class members of Black community who have been able to accumulate a bit of wealth are unable to develop dominant economical projects which can sustain Black life and give it direction?
  • Why is it that the only or dominant type of Black economical endeavors, seem to always be those requiring minimal labor force, when the motive for any community/society's development is the activity of a substantial part of it's members---employed, thereby transforming cash into mature capital---enough African Americans, male and female, graduate from business schools to understand that the problem with African America is a lack of a type of economic activity, the infrastructure building of a society.
  • Why are the so-called Black Leadership always quick to step forward with subjective an metaphysical responses as solutions to the all too graphic objective conditions which dictate , define and determine the substance of Black life?
  • What is that impediment that clouds and distorts the Black collective perception from stating the obvious and coming to terms with the objective activity necessary for the climb out of Black Diaspora. It isn't about Conservative nor Liberal, because tendencies relative the American Politics are valid.
  • Why isn't the connection made with the era of reconstruction when Africans after all the Civil War were dynamic enough to practice and understand the vitality of raw economic activity, that it took the unleashing of Klan terror to cower that dynamic into it's now disorganized character we now experience as the Cold War of American Racism.

9-11 A Front in "Charlie Wilson's War"

From 2001: the events of 9-11 has been the motive force for American National and International politics. A movie "Charlie Wilson's War" dramatizing the machinations of Congressman Charlie Wilson tells the tale of geo-politics during the Reagan Administration specifically it's support for Islamic Militants in their fight against the Soviet Union during it's Afghanistan occupation.

"Charlie Wilson's War", as the Movie does, continues in mythicizing the Reagan years of American politics, particularly it's Cold War narrative.

This narrative as defended by Charlie Wilson ridiculously neglects and misdirects it's revisionist gaze from the consequence of it's loose ends, the events of 9-11. Charlie Wilson lays claim to having funneled $1 Billion to Islamic Militants resisting Soviet occupation in Afghanistan, of whom as we now know Osama Bin Laden was a member.

The geo-politics reality is what exactly did Charlie Wilson do during those raining money days to Osama Bin Laden and Co.

What exactly did U.S. intelligence teach it's Islamic militant allies in the Proxy War against the Soviet Union?

In accepting accolades and recognition that his role in the Islamic Militant Movement contributed greatly to the Soviet Unions dissolution, Charlie Wilson must also accept a substantial amount of responsibility for Al Qaeda and 9-11. If as American War strategy now defines, that 9-11 was a front in Islamic Militancy, it's strategy, then the resources Congressman Charlie Wilson provided those actors, by his own admission must bear responsibility for 9-11.

What Barbara Walters past, Oprah Winfrey's presence have for Barack Obama's future

Barbara Walters in her recent book reveals she had a past, an affair with a Black man, a Senator during the early1970's; who happened to be married.

So now that Barbara Walters has come forward with her past, is Oprah Winfrey waiting in the wings to speak on her White past? Maybe a whirlwind with Dr. Phil? Okay maybe pun intended--- but some symmetry is needed, considering both women have their six degrees of association with Barack Obama.

Barbara " I have hobnobbed with the puppets of history so who is Oprah" Walters gushed over Obama on "The View" proclaiming his sexiness which in hindsight is one of those moments in context with her recent revelations.

Oprah "I dethroned Barbara as sovereign of media-verse" Winfrey, single handedly in her endorsement of Barack Obama before the South Carolina primary derailed the inevitability hubris of the other fury, The Hillary anticipation.

The Oprah motive catapulted the history in the making of viability. Barbara's reminiscence seems to accomplish and crown it's fact and the Obama trajectory the consequence.

First Lady Laura Bush and the Burmese Cyclone

In the wake of the Burmese Cyclone, First Lady Laura Bush held a press conference to politicize the disaster with lecturing the Burma Dictatorship.

I agree that the governance of Burma is criminal. That is not in dispute. But it takes sanctimonious gall for First Lady Laura Bush to politicize the Burmese disaster.

Burma is not existing in a vacuum and the U.S. and other nations have relatively imposed sanctions, even to the latest freeze by the Bush Administration of Burma Sate assets held in U.S. banks.

The issue however is when will Political Economy in it's realized sense mature in that objectivity of what is vital and necessary for the human beings who suffer it's yoke? It's easy to typically tout the formality of elections and referendums, as means and method, an orderly progression when the relentlessness of the imperialistic forces which sustain the brutal extremes of Third World Political-Economy needs it veneer.

The lives and condition of the Burmese victims and all the other global victims are not charity for gall and hypocrisy to manipulate in that service of ego-placation.

The Filthy conditions of a Fort Bragg Barracks

I know there are policy makers in the Bush administration and the ranks of General in the Military, whose initial reaction upon learning that the filthy conditions of a Fort Bragg Barracks had been captured on You Tube by a Distraught father, whose son had just returned from Afghanistan, in all it's expose' of the Flag Pin wearing and Support the Troops farce, was to:

  1. Damn the Digital Revolution
  2. Damn nosy civilians with camcorders
  3. Damn Americans for in Military parlance "being soft" and vow to heretofore ban all barracks visits by civilians.
Thanks to the Frawley's we now have Fort Bragg to add on to Walter Reed apathy. Along with the Minnesota Red Bull insult and the entire Iraq War travesty---We now also know what these "hawks' of War really think about the altruistic who serve in uniform.

Gun Dealer criticized harshly for going to Virgina Tech to speak

The Question is what exactly is a sellers moral and ethical responsibility for the misuse of a product sold.

The name of the licensed gun dealer who sold the gun to the Virginia Tech killer is
Eric Thompson. He has been criticized harshly and even labeled ethically challenged and insensitive. Some interviewers even went as far as to say he's irresponsible for having went to Virginia Tech to speak this last past April.

Some school faculty, parents and relatives of the victims of the tragedy have denounced him. The criticism opportunistically turned in to anti-gun advocacy.

People I need comments and thoughts on this.

Hillary Clinton and the Anagram: Politics as Psy-Ops

So maybe it's not exactly anagramic, but the Clinton's haven't been too subtle in their intent and ploys that Hillary must be coronated empress after the imperial Presidency of Dubya Bush.

So this refrain of Hillary on the stump, "who will you hire for the Presidency", smells too much of the anagram heir for it ti be coincidental.

But if all of that still flys over the subconsciousness of those white blue collar analog workers, who need Clinton's politics as a cold needs pneumonia. But keep shooting themselves in their collective feet with whatever social-conservatism truly means, or the nihilism of the Reagan Democrat folly at the expense of unionized labor. Then the overt bludgeon of the 2x4 going upside their heads of who will you hire between a black man and a white woman has no subtlety in it's intent of arousing the zeitgeist of "long haired" hippies need not apply desperation.

What is Political Sex

What is Political Sex? Is it the desperate feet nudging of a Republican U.S. Senator at the piss stained bathroom stall of a Minnesota airport?

Is it the wretched deviancy of a Florida Republican Congressman responsible for protecting kids from child molesters when he is one?

Is it the Blind Democratic Governor of New york whose Adultery eclipsed Casanova, replacing his superior, the prostitute soliciting Democratic Governor on New York, who by the way railed openly against what he did in secret. Come to think of it, how secret was the Watergate Hotel for a forehead like "Spitzer"?

Is it the Republican U.S. Senator from Louisiana betraying his marriage vows with the prostitution services of a madame only to as they all do when caught, drag his shell-shocked wife before the klieg lights of the nations tolerance to the theater of Political Sex.

Is it the Democratic Mayor of San Francisco who had sex with the wife of a member of his campaign?

Is it that sex triangle of Homo-Hetero gymnastics that only New Jersey could introduce the nation to?

Is it the Democratic Mayor of Detroit and his alleged sex text messaging with his Chief of Staff?

So Is Political Sex the curtain dropper of a sitting President, confessing to the Lewinsky Oval Office act. Thanks to the former Democratic President Bill Clinton the Oval Office is now
V-chipped with Parental Guidance.

The 2008 Olympic Torch should've went to Israel

Why is Communist China's political action in Tibet Different from Israels actions in the occupied land of Palestine?

Why is Tibetan activities against the Chinese Communist Party any different than Palestinian
ad hoc resistance to Israel?

The prejudicial distortion of human social circumstances is once again like the perpetual festering scab exposing this contradiction of the State of Israel in it's struggle with Palestinian elements as being just another crude historical actor politicizing conscience and morality.

It would've been quite interesting to see how the 2008 Olympic Torch run would have fared in Israel.

The Legacy of Saddam Hussein and American Freedoms

So the New York Times in it's 4/20/08; expose' on the disinformative role of retired military officers during the campaign actual for Baghdad, has revealed what people should have commonsensically known to be the case.

Cynicism? Yes everyone should have a healthy helping of it.

The New York Times revealed that Donald Rumsfeld the impertinent former Secretary of Defense and a cabal of other operatives, decided upon the course of action to sell the Iraq War was to propagandize it to an American audience.

The irony is this is even news.

In more ways than one Saddam Hussein's legacy as improbable as it seems is an American one.
