The Baltimore Black Community, The State Of Maryland and Antagonistic Dictatorship

If Homicides and relative criminality in parts of Baltimore have increased post the Freddie Gray

killing and the subsequent indictment of six police officers.  Instead of the situation seen as negative, serious minded Black people who want the best for the Baltimore Black community should see it as opportunity and positive developments.

The narrative being spun by status quo reactionaries who historically are contra and anti the Black communities aspirations and development is: The Baltimore police force has a current hands off policing due to the effontery of the Black District Attorney indicting six of it's members for what the Baltimore police force has come to enjoy as business as usual practices; the terrorizing and summary executions of Black suspects, which resulted in the killing of Freddie Gray.

The more insidious narrative is: When the Baltimore Black community is not repressed with the impunity of heavy handed extra judicial policing criminality runs rampant.

Nevertheless the rampancy of criminality and regardless of its reason.  It, as I have indicted provides serious members of the Baltimore Black community with the opportunity to revise, rewrite and restructure the purported social-contract the Baltimore Black community has with the greater state of Maryland on those objective terms that advance the aspirations and development of the Baltimore Black community on it's own specific terms.  Because if the governing dynamic of the state of Maryland is unwilling and incapable of valuing and providing the necessary space for the full and all around development of the Baltimore Black Community then the state of Maryland has relatively relinquished any prospective compelling dictates it has on controlling the Baltimore Black community and as such the defacto relationship the governing imperative of the state of Maryland has with the Baltimore Black community is that of antagonistic dictatorship.
