New York Times Eric Lipton, "The Classic are You kidding Me Moment" and the Distortion of the Value Dialectic

New York Times Pulitzer winner writer Eric Lipton recently, naively asked a question: Whether corporate donors to charities are giving for the sake of giving or is it pursuit of a selfish agenda.

Eric Lipton's question is another example of "The classic are you kidding me moment".  Because the entire charity infrastructure is a selfish exercise designed to express sanctimony mock inequity and alienatively convey an idealistic idea of goodwill or the crude circumvention of the tax code for purely selfish reasons.

The Question Is Not: What is charity, but why is the charity distortion and contradiction of the value dialectic tolerated.

Steve Moore FBI Agent, Amanda Knox, Travesty of Justice and The Cold War of American Racism

Steve Moore a retired FBI Agent inserted himself in the Amanda Knox Case (Amanda Knox is the American student convicted of murder in Italy) this unorthodox adventurous speculation by Steve Moore is glaringly ridiculous when juxtaposed with the fact there has been over 200+ (two hundred) exoneration's of wrongly convicted persons in American courts.

In light of this travesty of justice how many American cases which by using the standards of Steve Moore are equally as farcial as the Amanda Knox case has Steve Moore inserted and insinuated himself in or those cases are two Black and Brown for Steve Moore as the nation soldiers on in The Cold War of American Racism.

Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism Presidents, Democratic Presidents and the Release of Detainees and the Just and Unjust Side of History Polemic

President B. Clinton
Can former American Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism Presidents do as former American Democratic Presidents as Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and secure the release of detainees/hostages on Humanitarian grounds and the equitable, just side of history polemic?

No. Because Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism thought and it's Intellectual-Liberalism is inherently and intrinsically on the misanthropic and unjust side of history.

President J. carter
So what we see is former American Democratic Presidents consistently called upon to seek the release of detainees and hostages.  The Democratic Party, Progressive and Liberal thought might not have a monopoly on wisdom and cognition but do have the equitable and just side of history polemic on their side.

Kathleen Koch Author of Rising from Katrina, The State of Mississippi, Hurricane Katrina, Human Spirit, Great Tragedy and Berkeleian Subjectivity

Kathleen Koch a former CNN reporter, author of Rising From Katrina, a perspective on Hurricane Katrina from the point of view of the State of Mississippi.  Presents the question: What is it about the human spirit that allows, enables and permits people, the human spirit to push on, to be optimistic in the face of great tragedy vis a vis Hurricane Katrina.

We find Kathleen Koch's premise, presumptuous, uneducated and quite frankly condescendingly paternalistic.  Kathleen Koch speaks about the triumph of the human spirit over great tragedy as if Hurricane Katrina and it's ravage of the State of Mississippi epiphanically and suddenly opened her eyes to it's profane mundanity.  We say profane mundanity, because triumph over tragedies whether great or small is what the human spirit dynamically and dialectically does on a daily basis in it's great struggle against ignorance, presumption and condescension, in the fight against Man's injustice to fellow Man.

It is ironic that Kathleen Koch uses the State of Mississippi and it's Hurricane Katrina experience as reference.  Which also is the medium by which she exposes her ridiculously stupendous ignorance at the expense of the great historical tapestry of human suffering and human triumph, a wealth of indescribable adversity and tragedy, that has always been there for her ignorance, it's alienation and privilege to redeem itself with.

The State of Mississippi and it's ability to dish out historical cruelty and injustice is relatively in a class by itself and as Hurricane Katrina relates to Mississippi the point can be made that it was karma---yet it's victimized Black people, their enslavement, the obscenity of Jim Crow to the contemporary fact of substandard quality of life as legacy have by mere fact of survival and existence proved the human spirit's ability to be optimistic in light of great tragedy and adversity.

Kathleen Koch didn't need Hurricane Katrina and it's impact on the elite, privileged and status quo of Mississippi to remind her and reacquaint herself with the human spirit and it's ability to triumph in the face of great tragedy and adversity.  She should have just opened her eyes and looked around pre-hurricane Katrina Mississippi and Kathleen Koch would have witnessed and experienced the triumph of the human spirit in great and small moments of tragedy.

The Book Rising from Katrina is just another example of Berkeleian subjectivity run presumptuously amuck.

The Book Conventional Idiocy by Rick Sanchez of CNN Rick's List, President Bill Clinton and Cowardice

The book Conventional Idiocy, is the effrontery of a disseminator of the news, a medium for information and platform for the education of the electorate, protesting the substance and Intellectual-Liberalism of the nations public discourse when the author CNN's Rick Sanchez is in the position to correct what he criticizes in his book Conventional Idiocy.

Rick Sanchez, the successful anchor of CNN Rick's List.  Has written a book Conventional Idiocy.  Discussing the State of the Nations Political-Economy.  Rick Sanchez's polemic exposes him to extreme criticism, not because his polemic is incorrect and idealistic, but because Rick Sanchez is part of the problem which he analyses in his book Conventional Idiocy.

Rick Sanchez and  his critique is part of a greater problem of which President Bill Clinton, with his Clinton Global Initiative is also an enabler.  In Bill Clinton's case, he was the President of the United States.  He had the bully pulpit during his Presidency to polemicize on that which his purported advocacy Global Initiative now tackles.

The twisted logic which Rick Sanchez and Bill Clinton are practitioners is that old bane of the Human Condition: cowardice.  It is Cowardice when in his role as Anchor for CNN Rick's List, Rick Sanchez is unable to call out the specific and generalized hypocrisy of those whom he interviews on the fundamental locus of the nations Political-Economy.

Instead after years of enabling the propagation of the suppositions and myths, evidence of the nations Intellectual-Liberalism Rick Sanchez  writes a book Conventional Idiocy decrying the nations Intellectual-Liberalism

It is cowardice when Rick Sanchez and President Bill Clinton present themselves as being able to tackle ignorance and idealism as private individuals removed from the authority of their profession and expect a fair appreciation from history.  Despite their cowardice and the Book Conventional Idiocy is it's fact.

Suing SEAWORLD, Victimization,Traumatization, The Political-Economy Critique What is Money and the Objectivity of Value

In the spirit of the Connell family, Suzanne Connell Mother and her ten year old Son, Bobby Connell from Manchester, New Hampshire, with the help of Attorney John Overchuck are suing SEAWORLD for traumatizing the ten year old Bobby Connell.  Because Bobby Connell witnessed the killing of a SEAWORLD trainer by a killer whale.
I suggest victim observers of police Assaults, lethal and non-lethal assaults, on citizens sue police departments for traumatizing and violating their trust in the civic social-contract and it's understanding.

I suggest victimized electorates traumatized by politicians deliberately breaking campaign promises sue politicians.

I suggest parishioners victimized and traumatized by their crooked corrupt parishioners sue the Priests and Preachers.

I suggest entire communities sue their respective state Prison Systems and Department of Corrections for the traumatization caused by operating Prisons in a manner that perpetuates recidivism and for the victimization wreaked by acts of functionally-socio challenged released Prisoners.

I suggest entire communities sue school districts and universities for foisting on the body-politic, faith instead of reason, belief instead of understanding, sentiments instead of analysis and critical thought.

And lastly but not least.  The Political-Economy critique what is money, the objectivity of value requires an answer that does not begin with : Low taxes, the government, is borrowing and spending money ends with, which our grand children will pay its burden and capitalism needs less rules more injustices.  Because of all the suppositions and lies this is the most egregious in it's victimization and traumatization.

The Cordoba Islamic Community Center, The Mosque in Lower Manhattan New York City , Fear and the United States Constitution

Besides the contextual bigotry and blatant lawlessness of the opposition to the construction of the Islamic Cordoba  Community Center,  commonly referred to as The Mosque in Lower Manhattan New York City.  The critics and opposition are not only wrong but are purveyors of the most base aspect of the Human Condition, which is debilitating and reactionary fear.  The critics and opposition to the Mosque are fundamentally confused and blinded by Fear.

The reality is construction of the Cordoba Islamic Community Center, The Mosque by Muslims is a symbol of atonement, tribute to the people of New York City and penitence for the alleged misdeeds of people who blended Islamic fervor into political activity with the suicide plane bombing attack on the World Trade Center and the people of New York City.

It behooves the imagination, how anyone can see the mosque as anything than atonement, tribute and penitence.  The Mosque if constructed will forever stand as atonement, tribute and penitence by Islamic orthodoxy to the people of New York City.  It will forever be a reminder of the human folly regardless of imperative.

Contrary to the fear based analysis by critics and opposition to the Mosque.  Those minds and hearts who plot attacks on America and it's idealistic Imperialism.  Do not embrace nor find affinity with the sort of Islam practiced by the Cordoba House Muslims. So it is strategically naive to say as expressed reactionary fear locus that the Mosque, Cordoba Islamic Community Center will stand as triumph for the Muslim World.

Whether the criticism and opposition to the Mosque in Lower Manhattan is a ploy to tilt New York sensibilities away from its Democratic steadfastness towards the Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism "cut the nose off to spite the face" brand of Political-Economy and it's nihilism.

Whether the criticism and opposition to the mosque is a reflection of the stupidity and illiteracy now rife and rampant in the body-politic because of Sarah Palin and the naive folly of corporate media.

Whether the criticism and opposition to the Mosque has it's genealogy in the American, Black-American question and it's Cold War of American Racism through which all other expressions of bigotry orient their reference.

Whether the criticism and opposition to the Mosque is another indication of how the Democratic Party, Progressives, Liberals and forward thought has fled the field for myriad of reasons, which the revision of freedom and it's Political-Economy definition now simply means the return to the arts and crafts World View is it's consequence.

When fear as it is pathetically now in vogue is used to sabotage and undermine the United States Constitution which is the only weapon against fear.  Should we then say that the American Experience on the Human Condition is firmly in it's death throes?

Jonathan Lee, the 13 year Old Boy From Mississippi, Idealism, North Korea and Peace Advocacy

Jonathan Lee, the 13 year old boy from Mississippi, instead of taking his idealism to north Korea, should take his peace advocacy to Israel, New York City's Lower Manhattan and come to think of it there are a lot of places in his home state of Mississippi, starting with the Governor's Office that need his idealism and peace advocacy.

North Korea might be an impoverished, ideologically-spartan place and is an easy choice and poster child for advocacy by sanctimony.  But save for the North Korean ideological World View, North Korea has not subjugated an entire people, committed cosmic thievery on an entire nation of people as the  state of Israel has done and is doing to the Palestinian people.  North Korea for all it's idealistic Political-Economy is not ripping it's Constitution to shreds as it's being done in New York City's Lower Manhattan and if the question is tyranny and dictatorship of the status-quo then Mississippi with it's reactionary status-quo, corrupt suppositions and backwards Political-Economy which keeps it ranked always in the negative of quality of life and opportunity must hold the attention and idealistic energy of one of it's bright sons, Jonathan Lee, the 13 year old peace advocate.

The Recklessness of the 8/13/10: CNN Special Investigation Unit Feature on BP Gulf Oil Crisis Clean Up, The Alleged Rapist Ronnie Charles Robertson, Hatchet Journalism and the Rotten Underside of the Criminal Justice System

On 8/13/10; CNN aired a segment by it's Special Investigation Unit on an incident during the BP Gulf Oil Crisis clean up.  This 8/13/10; CNN Special Investigation Unit feature is a classic example of everything that is wrong with Corporate Media and it's relationship with the viewing public.  The /8/13/10; CNN Special Investigation feature was on the alleged rape committed by a member, Ronnie Charles Robertson, a Black Man, of the clean up crew of the BP Gulf Oil Crisis.  The 8/13/10; CNN Special Investigation feature presented a perspective that is crass sensationalism and hatchet journalism.  It attempted to hold BP responsible for an alleged criminal act committed by a BP contract employee, after work hours, at a venue outside of the BP work area because the worker a convicted rapist wasn't registered on the Sex Registry.  as spurious and reckless as this perspective-opinion masquerading as journalistic investigation is.  CNN permitted the alleged rape victim, the Sheriff Mike Byrd of Jackson County, Mississippi and the alleged rape victims Lawyer Adam Miller to indict, convict and exact sentence on Ronnie Charles Robertson, the alleged rapist with their unchallenged and unrebutted on the air views and comments, despite the fact the alleged rapist has claimed the sex was consensual.  CNN performed this hatchet journalism under the sensationalistic logic that BP should have done a background criminal check on the contract employee.

The recklessness of the 8/13/10; CNN Special Investigation Unit feature is extraordinary.  CNN had the prime opportunity to expose the rotten underside of the nations Criminal Justice system, with the simple question Why didn't the Prison System, it's Department of Corrections that released Ronnie Charles Robertson register him on the Sex Registry Before Release, Why isn't the Prison System, it's Department of Corrections and the Criminal Justice System blamed instead of the easy to blame BP?

Roots-Reggae Music Genre, Christian Urban-Pop Music, the "Worldly" Culture Public Square and the Antagonisms and Contradictions of the Human Condition

Bob Marley
Bob Marley (Photo credit: Monosnaps)
What is the difference between the Roots-Reggae music genre of the likes of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer and contemporary Christian Urban-Pop music?
The Roots-Reggae music genre of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh e.t.c, is philosophically fundamentally Judeo-Christian.  It is biblical in nature specifically Old Testament polemics with a tint of
the New Testament wit of Jesus Christ.  Contemporary Christian Urban-Pop music is also philosophically, fundamentally Judeo-Christan but tilted heavily towards the New Testament.  But it is also a stilted, starchy souless attempt at finding cultural resonance, a shameless mimicry of it's  cultural antithesis. Christian Urban-Pop music is a created genre for the specific purpose of competing with "worldly" popular music as a proselytizing tool.  Yet the critique against this utility is Christian Urban-Pop music fails to do so, while it remains a niche outsider decrying the purported immorality and irreligion of the "worldly" culture public.

On the other hand the Roots-Reggae music genre of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh e.t.c, enjoys extraordinary support and resonance among the target audience it shares with Christian Urban-Pop  music.  This presents a paradoxical question:  Why does the religious critique of Roots-Reggae music speak so movingly to the "worldly" culture public square, while the proselytizing logic of christian Urban-Pop music, caricaturizes itself?  The answer should be sought for in pretensions.  The Roots-Reggae music genre of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer e.t.c, speaks to the historical and universal injustices of the Human Condition as long as it's biblical contextual polemics is homogeneously just and equitable while exposing the hypocrisies and injustices of the Political- Economy status quo. Christian Urban Pop music on the other hand finds itself in a weird place called sanctimony: representing the hypocrisies and injustices it's very own Judeo-Christian medium origins Wars against.  While it's message is idealistically reduced to the cult of bibiliopersonalization worship and aphorisms at the expense of the organic insight and objectivity conveyed by Roots-Reggae music.

While the "worldly" culture public square struggles with the antagonisms and contradictions of the Human Condition, under the Love Thy Neighbor polemic.  Christian Urban-Pop quixotically flails at the wind mills of the same sex marriage and the abortion question.

Robert Tate Demonized Because He Wouldn't Rat Out and Snitch on his Assailant and Malfeasance, Corruption and Illegal Activities By Chicago Public Officials

Why was Robert Tate The 17 year old who lay dying on a Chicago City Street early this year from a gunshot wound to the chest, criticized and demonized because he, Robert Tate wouldn't rat out and snitch on his assailant?

How often do Cops/Police in Chicago, it's suburbs and how often do Jail and prison officials working in Chicago jails and the State of Illinois Prison system rat out and snitch on the malfeasance, corruption and illegal activities by their co-workers?  How often do Chicago and Illinois, public officials rat out and snitch on the malfeasance, corruption and illegal activities by their colleagues?  How often do Chicago and Illinois Catholic Priest rat out and snitch on the pedophilia the Catholic Church is universally caught in?
