Breast Cancer Misdiagnosis and Health Care Reform of 2010

So how different is this recent revelation by the New York Times that 17% of the type O Breast Cancer are misdiagnosis and the invasively harsh treatments, disfiguring and life threatening procedures are unnecessary, due to a Health Care status quo system which is human error laden from the conclusions during the debate of the Health Care Reform of 2010 of the very same findings as The New York Times article.

So If this recent incarnation of the same once ridiculed position pre Health Care Reform of 2010 finds resonance after passage of Health Care Reform 2010 and is now seen as a plus furthering the health of our Mothers, Wives, Daughters, Sisters, Aunts, Grandmothers and all of the relevant Women in our lives.  Why weren't we this clear headed over this issue of Breast Cancer misdiagnosis during the Health Care Reform process?

Democrats, Progressives, forward-thinking people and the Obama Administration have once again been proven right that opposition to Health Care Reform was driven by illiteracy, ignorance, economic exploitation by the Health Care industry and political exploitation by Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism.

Republicans in the U.S. Senate, Unemployment Benefits, Jobs and Populist Anger

If Republicans in the U.S. Senate are against extending unemployment benefits and have filibustered it, held it up, obstructing it's passage and simply saying no to it.  Because from their world view as prescribed by Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism providing unemployment benefits is a disincentive to the unemployed looking for jobs.

Then Republicans in the U.S. Senate are saying there are jobs to be found and they disagree with the fact officially the unemployment rate is 9.5% and unofficially 25%.

Then Republicans in the U.S. Senate are hypocritically at odds with their very own polemic against the Obama Administration, which is job creation.

Republicans in the U.S. Senate have decided upon a political activity of obstructionism for the specific purpose that it heightens and intensifies the social sense of desperation and frustration due to the  nations fundamental economical instability and the lack of jobs which ironically is Republican caused.  Which from Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism calculation will cause and incite Populist anger at Democrats and the Obama Administration.

Republicans in the U.S. Senate with the unemployment benefits gambit have nothing to lose and as they put their hopes on Populist anger, everything to gain during the upcoming elections.

Sarah Palin, Mama Grizzlies, Hallucinatory Indulgencies, Stepford wives and Pink Elephants

Let us shelf SARAHPAC , the recently released video by Sarah Palin alongside it's historic siblings: The Birth Of A Nation, Gone With The Wind and the entire maple syrup laced, mint julep drenched mythological narrative of the oxymoronic Compassionate-Conservative.

The recently released Sarah Palin, SARAHPAC video in which Sarah Palin extolls a reactionary political class: Mama Grizzlies, is as everything Sarah a myth or lie.

To the Palin Stepford Wives and their glazed-eye stupor, the Mama Grizzlies as indoctrinated by Palinism rears up on it's hind legs to protect and defend it's cubs.  The reality as many things Sarah Palin go is divorced from the indoctrination.

Now if there were any doubts left as to the hallucinatory indulgencies  of Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism being dealt by Sara Palin.  Her clarion definitive that her Stepford Wife minions are a stampeding  heard of Pink Elephants, leaves no room for any second guessing of the sort of trip one needs to be on to see Pink Elephants.  Purple Haze anybody?

The Republican-Conservatism /Tea Partyism Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle on Civil Union and "Societal Importance"

The reason the Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle gave for vetoing Hawaii's Civil Union Law that it is of such "societal importance" it requires Hawaii's citizens voting in a referendum is the sort of tautologic, double speak nonsense that indicates political cowardice and is always to be expected of the reactionary dynamic of Republican-Conservatism/Tea partyism political theology.

If the metric for Linda Lingle's veto is the generic "societal importance", then Hawaii must dissolve it's legislature and govern by referendum fiat.  Because every single law and act done by it's legislature is under the logic of "societal importance".

It is not surprising that the Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle indulged in the reactionary sophistry typical of the idealistic debate of Civil Unions, Homosexuality, religious inconsistency and hypricy, that the misery loves company of Republican-Conservatism/Teapartyism revels in.

The Government of Louisiana, it's Politicians, The Irony of Mossville and the BP Gulf Oil Spill and Crisis

First of all the government of Louisiana, it's Politicians and status quo lack any moral authority to criticize BP, it's intent and handling of the Gulf Oil Spill Crisis.

Mossville, Louisiana is a town surrounded by toxin disseminating chemical plants and for decades it's citizen have complained to the government of Louisiana, it's politicians and status quo that the Mossville environment has been contaminated by dioxin and other carcinogens.  Which are adversely impacting the health and quality of life of it's residents.

For decades the government of Louisiana, it's politicians and status quo have ignored disregarded and obstructed any forward process of Mossville's claims and charges that it's environment has been contaminated by the chemical industry.

The Irony is Louisiana it's status quo are now on the receiving end of another status quo behemoth, BP, ignoring, disregarding and obstructing any forward process of Louisiana's claims and charges that it's environment is being destroyed by the  toxic petro-chemicals of the BP Gulf Oil Spill and Crisis.

Employment Realities, Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism, Tax Cuts Unemployment, American Political-Economy and the Theology of Misery

Much is made of the nations job and employment situation and it is rightly so.  Without jobs and employment realities for people what you have is a nation as ship adrift without means of determining and deciding it's course.

Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism repeats the reactionary mythology and it's tale of tax cuts and an unleash of the private sector.  Conveniently omitting and glossing over it's inherent antagonism and contradictions.  since 1980 and the blight of Ronald Reagan and his Reaganomics through Bill Clinton's NAFTA and the Sub prime Rate, Credit Default Swap implosion of George W. Bush's idealistic tax cuts,  American Political-Economy has suffered tax cuts and it's myth of the private sector being a job producing locomotive narrative to it's contemporary fact of an official 10% but unofficial 25% national unemployment rate.

American _Political-Economy at this stage in it's maturity requires a Progressive-specific determination, one that correctly comes to terms with the value objective as opposed to the value speculation of Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism and it's theology of misery.

Jack Dolan of the L.A. Times, California's Money Woes, Welfare Recipients, Strip Clubs and Journalistic Integrity

Jack Dolan of the L.A. Times reminds us that  idealism and an inability to think analytically has nothing to do with ones formal education and academic pedigree.

In light of California's money woes, Jack Dolan took on the task of exposing California's fiscal mismanagement in recent writings.  So what his journalistic investigative acumen settled on was the misuse of the states Welfare cards by it's Welfare recipients at strip clubs, casinos e.c.t.  Simply put Jack Dolan settled on maintaining the status quo of popular suppositions that governmental money mismanagement lies at abuse, misuse and irresponsible behavior by it's least stable and marginalized elements.

It would have been a breath of freshness had Jack Dolan of the L.A. Times one of the nations great publications, settled on tracing and defining California's Political-Economy historic missteps, instead of the expedient exploitation and opportunistic relevancy of California's Welfare recipients on why the Great State is $19 billion in the red.

Journalistic integrity would require Jack Dolan, for starters to show the idealistic nature of California's prison system and it's criminal drain on the public's fund.  Investigative acumen would demand Jack Dolan's intellectual rigor in exposing money mismanagement by police departments within the state of California owning Military tanks (why should a police department own military tanks, doesn't the National Guard fulfill that role?)

It is always easy to misdirect the public's ire at it's marginalized and scape goat it's Welfare recipients for all the it's ills and Jack Dolan does exactly that with his Welfare card scam writings.  But as mush as Jack Dolan anticipates a Pulitzer in his future what he deserves is condemnation, scorn and disdain for his type of journalism.

CNN's Christine Romans, Facebook, Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism, Rush Limbaugh their support and Sympathy for BP during the BP Gulf Oil Crisis

CNN's Christine Romans, Facebook, the entire Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism cabal, Rush Limbaugh and his enfeebled, brain-dead listeners all share a commonality.  Working hard, day and night through their varied mediums, from each according to their abilities to each according to their guile, using variegated resources to defend, serve and protect BP the brand and it's affiliate.  From any and all negative perceptions BP has correctly earned due to the BP Gulf Oil Crisis.

From CNN's Christine Romans anti-boycott BP position through Facebook disabling the boycott BP page and Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism blatant support and sympathy for BP to Rush Limbaugh's gibberish to his listeners obscenely attempting to explain away the corrupt practices within the oil industry which has culminated in the BP Gulf Oil Crisis.

Corporate Media, big Business and it's shills in the Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism cabal never miss an opportunity to pervert and undermine accountability in American Political Economy and the support and sympathy for BP during the BP Gulf Oil risis frames it.

Rand Paul, Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism and the Restoration of Liberties

What is the meaning of Kentucky's Rand Paul for U.S. Senate campaign slogan: Restore our Liberties ?

Whose liberties and what liberties?  Rand Paul is a cog in the Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism machine and it's futility.

Rand Paul, his campaign for the U.S. Senate under the banner that it is  forward thinking and constructive is an outright lie.  The historical fact is the Rand Paul political tendency is a deconstructionist, reactionary and backwards activity that serves two objective facts: (A) It enables crass economic exploitation and the concurrent abject poverty (B) It permits the redirection of the resulting misery towards the misery loves company dialectic, where the Human Condition is reduced to a state of perpetual alienation.

Rand Paul and his Republican-Conservatism/Tea Partyism political tendency is an unoriginal return to the aw shucks, folksy activity that plys on the naivete of the simple minded, blue collar mining class Kentucky hill people who respond to their lot in life with the defiance: Guns, Family, and Religion (to Paraphrase Barack Obama) as if all the truths gleaned during the enlightenment and renaissance periods, through the industrial revolution and it's socialization of labor, were all for naught and Eugene Debbs never lived.

Embrace Rand Paul at your peril, pursue your lot in life under the forever restoration of liberties banner and allow the coal dust encrusted lines in your face to deepen.

Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism, Support for BP The Obama Administration and Forfeiture, Freezing and Seizure of Assets

Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism is out in true form showing it's disdain, condescension and apathy to the state of the working class by it's revulsive support for BP shown by the likes of Joe Barton (R) Texas, Tom Price (R) Georgia, Michele Bachman (R) Minnesota, George F. Will, Conservative writer, the various Tea Party elements and  Rush Limbaugh the drug addict.

Republican-Conservatism / Tea Partyism is showing that it supports the lawlessness and endemic corruption inherent within the corporate structure of the oil industry, by it's amazingly naive criticism of the $20 billion escrow fund, the Obama Administration has secured from BP in response to the BP Gulf Oil Crisis.

Contrary to the criticism, the $20 billion escrow fund secured by the Obama Administration does not go far enough.  The Obama Administration should freeze and seize BP's assets if the premise and allegation is BP committed criminal acts and broke criminal laws, then the Obama Administration should and must do is freeze and seize BP's assets.

If the federal and state governments freeze and seize what are colloquially described as ill gotten gains accumulated during criminal activities as illegal drug enterprises and if BP amassed and accumulated wealth because of criminal acts and broke criminal laws then a $20 billion escrow fund is an idealistic, illogical and farcial response when contrasted with the historical-practice of petty, illegal drug violations resulting in the forfeiture, freezing and seizure of assets and ill gotten gains.
